The last of our four lodges on our two weeks in Zambia. My lady and I wanted to be in the bush. What a place. Beautifully appointed, HUGE, chalets with indoor and outdoor (YES!!) showers. Comfortable beds. Solar hot water. Solar lighting. Watering holes in front of the chalets and main building where "Harry" the hippo made his home. The... More

Having loved Mfuwe and Kapamba we didn't expect our incredible wild life and lodge experiences to continue but once again we had an incredible two nights at this camp. After another seamless transfer,Julien the manager and his team could not do enough for us and really looked after all our needs. Our room was huge and overlooked a lagoon with... More

This was our 2nd stay at Bili and the 3rd of our camps on this trip. There are 4 large and stylish thatched rooms all of which overlook pumped waterholes. The rooms are very comfortable with a sitting area plus indoor and outdoor showers and large raised deck area. Game is constantly seen coming down to drink so you can... More

We spent 3 nights, wish we had stayed longer. Can highly recommend this place if you want to be in touch with nature at its best, plenty of wild life, no barriers, wild animals roam in and out of camp, accommodation is amazing considering the entire camp needs to be packed up in the rainy season. Food and drinks selection... More

Wherever we were in camp we had a view of the watering hole populated with elephants and their babies as well as other wildlife in which we most certainly found endless entertainment. The facilities were clean and the staff very efficient and friendly. The extra pounds I put on, even with all the walking, is a credit to the wonderfully... More

My husband and I spent two magical nights at Bili as part of our trip in Zambia. The animal sightings were amazing, the food was delicious- fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive, friendly and so welcoming! It was so easy to adapt to the bushcamp schedule of an early morning walking safari complete with tea and biscuits... More

We knew from the moment we left the main lodge to head out to Bilimungwe that this was going to be special. After a close encounter with elephants, our guides Kelvin and Priest starting tracking a leopard who was stalking an impala - after 4 years, it was good to be back in Zambia. Bilimungwe is one of those rare... More

This was my first bushcamp while on safari in South Luangwa National Park, Zambia. The camp has only 4 chalets all made up of reed and thatch. All of them overlook waterholes which are pumped, so remain a source of water throughout dry season. There's running hot and cold water with a solar heater in place. The lighting is provided... This was the 3rd and final camp that we stayed at for 2 nights at the end of August. The chalet was the biggest out of all the bushcamps and had both an inside and outside shower! The chalet was one of 4 that was beautifully situated round a water hole which was visited by elephants, baboons, impala, warthogs and... More

One of the best vacations ever! I travel a lot and this is an experience unlike any other. All the Bushcamps are great. Warm wonderful people and the animal viewing is great. You feel very safe and protected and pampered! Don't have any second thoughts. This is a must do!
