I opted for this place because it was removed from the highway, my bad. Dirty floors, dirty tub, extremely uncomfortable beds, semi-rude front desk person that was always outside smoking and when she came in to assist you she wreaked of stale cigarettes, which by the way is how the room smelled. If they were the only place around I... More

The rugs were stained and the beds were not comfortable. You need to put some money into updating your facilities. Even in the garden area, you could simply out a small table and two chairs and that would have made it more user friendly.

Stayed here to be close to Flea Market over the 4th of July Weekend. We stayed Friday and Saturday. Room was basic 2 beds, bathroom and refrigerator, dated interior, small, thin towels; you know you’re not staying in the best place. Keep your shoes on kind of place. We checked in late and had to ask for additional towels, the... More

I recently stayed here because we were attending a party at the restaurant. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, but the place seemed a bit shabby. The room had nice furniture and a comfortable bed, but the hallways smelled of smoke and the towels while clean were dingy. My biggest complaint was that only the rooms... More

We stayed here because they were dog friendly. Staff was fine, room was spacious and adequate. However the mattresses were the worst we've ever slept on! Rock hard, old spring mattresses that creaked every time you moved. When I checked out I mentioned how bad they were and the front desk clerk replied "Everyone says that!". Since you stay in... More

I stayed at the Inn for a little while my room was disgusting. The manager wanted a deposit but I refused to give due to the condition of my room. The furniture all had nicks out of it, the floor fithy, the walls and painting even were dirty. The manager entered my room without permission and when I approached her... More

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there while on business and I loved it! The hotel is very clean, quiet and very safe. The rooms are larger than other hotels, huge window, fridge (microwave, toaster oven and vending machines in lobby) and the property is set back and very private, no distractions or noise --- plus there is ample... I stayed in this hotel for 5 days on vacation, and never had any problems.. Fresh coffee in the lobby every morning, deli beside hotel, vending machines in lobby, clean rooms, room was basic, no problems with WiFi during my stay, staff was friendly and helpful. View behind the hotel is beautiful, standing behind the hotel listening to the creek... More

If this is the kind of professionalism you teach your from desk manager...from her clothes to her poorly spoken uneducated English, is not acceptable. Vacuums in the hall at 945 pm Washing machines operating all night?

The worst customer service I ever experienced from a Hotel. I booked a week at the Hotel and canceled through a travel web site that did the original booking. This cancelation was done many days in advance. A worker at the Hotel received the notification and failed to cancel out of computer. When explained to the service manger, she refused... More
