Arrived and had to wait two and a half hours to get into room,had upgraded but room was not satisafactory ,Dark,grubby and smelly. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your stay with us. To address your particular points: You arrived with us at lunchtime by internal transfer, just as the previous guests were leaving. Would recommend staying at Ngala Lodge to everyone. Beautiful gardens, outstanding restaurant, views of the beach and sea. Jenny is very friendly as are all the staff and makes you very welcome. Lovely swimming pool and surroundings. Hope to come back 2014 and make good use of a hot tub!

Ngala is set in stunning grounds that descend down to the sea. It feels very private and secluded and this works well because they don't allow under 16's.
