I stayed two nights at this hotel, and was extremely impressed with the hotel and its staff. I had a minor glitch turning on my tv when I first arrived, and within minutes, someone was up to help me. The bathroom looked newly remodeled as did the room itself. It felt cozy. The bar wasn't "allowed" at the time to... More

I stayed at this hotel the first week of January when the water pipe in MY own home burst. Its ironic, that during a winter storm cold 'cyclone' of death that the weather channel was harping on about, the hotel had a pipe burst in its entrance way, and basically the lobby flooded. I was told by the front desk... More

Dear archametis, I would like to thank you dearly for writing this review, and appreciating our hard work to provide our guests with great quality. The winter storm was a difficult time for the hotel, for we did have a water pipe issue. This incident was out of our hands, since the pipe burst due to the freezing weather. As... More

I stay in the area often, and I would recommend the Clarion or the Rodeway Inn over this disgusting dump. I am not super picky, but this was beyond the pale. Gloomy, run down and dirty. No attention to detail. I agree with the comments of other travelers, and am disappointed that similar comments go back over 6 months with... More

Dear missny1968, Your review was extremely troubling to read, for our hotel staff takes these incidents very seriously. I completely understand your frustration and disappointment, but I do have hopes of winning you over if given a second opportunity. While we are an older property, we are constantly working hard to renovate and improve the hotel to provide our valued... More

The pictures are deceiving, dirty, old, not working condition generally not worth it unless you don't mind dirty glasses, torn sheets & no sheets, no toiletries, broken beds, hard beds, bad reception on TV and dirty hallways. Oh and the restaurant is next door with a very limited menu meaning 2 to 4 items. Otherwise, it's fine for the price.... More

Dear mmflores126, My management team is very distraught over your troubled stay. Our goal is to provide our guests with 100% satisfaction, and we always take it to heart when we fall short on this goal. All of your comments have been reviewed, and my housekeeping manager is addressing these issues. I appreciate your kind words regarding our staff. Even... More

This is a dilapidated hotel. It was raining, so to prevent falls they had wires running across the entrance to heaters. The thought was appreciated but the execution was poor. How about a carpet? The first furniture in view was a circular couch with ground in dirt; throw it out. I did know that this facility had poor reviews but... More

Dear Martin R, I am truly sorry that your stay was less than accommodating. Our hotel and staff aim to provide guests with excellent service, and we are extremely disappointed that we have failed during your stay. The snow storm was a difficult time for the hotel, but our staff worked extra hard to keep things comfortable for our guests.... More

This is the most run-down hotel I have ever seen. I can't believe that Ramada has it's name associated with the place. When we arrived the front entrance, it was closed. None of the outside doors to the hotel were locked for key card use only, which is scary. The carpet was pulling up and the tiles in the entrance... More

Dear Rachel M, Hotel management & staff sincerely apologize for all that has occurred during your stay. We are absolutely disturbed while reading your review, and disappointed that we did not provide you with the best accommodations. Unfortunately, our front door was down due to engineering reasons. We had a blizzard, and the freezing weather actually froze a pipe, which... More

I was not informed that this hotel applies a $50 deposit upon check-in. I checked out 4 days ago and they still haven't credited the charge. They have lost me as a frequent customer and I have decided to only stay at Choice Hotels (aka, Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Clarion, etc.) from now on, as I have never had a... More

Dear Gator2010, I am sorry to hear you will not be coming back to our property. The $50.00 incidental/security deposit is a hotel policy, which all hotels uphold, and is something every guest initials upon checking in. I do apologize if the agent did not point it out to you when you checked into the hotel. As a frequent guest,... More
