We stayed 5 nights while we did some bicycle riding on the Erie Canal Trail and visits to Rochester and Canandaigua. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfy. Breakfasts were good and plentiful. We liked being able to park our tandem in the garage and then riding on flat quiet streets to the trail less than a... More

Karen and Roy make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. This is a true B&B in a 19th century home with so many antiques you feel taken back in time. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing...Karen goes out of her way to provide the best fruit and most delicious plates and presentation! Stay the night, the weekend... More

Get your gal pals together and book a Saturday stay with Innkeeper Karen Cook for the R&R you deserve. Begin your stay with scrumptious appetizers, take a soak in the hot tub, and catch up in front of the fire. Karen will prepare a gourmet dinner served in her elegant dining room on antique china. Her desserts are to die... More

This bed and breakfast is a perfect location for anyone who wants to explore the upper New York region. It's about an hour from Niagara Falls, and about a 1/2 hour from Lake Ontario in a charming, small town. The house is filled with beautiful antiques and each room is more beautifully decorated than the next. The beds are comfortable,... More

We stayed at Rosewood as part of a multi day cycling trip across the Erie canal. This was our 1st time in a B&B so it felt a little strange at first to be in someone's house, however this property is setup so that the residential area is well segregated from the guest area.

Don't be put off by the peeling paint on the outside. The inside is beautifully furnished with antiques. Everything is immaculate and breakfast is delicious. The hostess was kind enough to ask about allergies when I made the reservation. The one negative was that the window air conditioner in our room (the Peach Room) was very noisy and didn't cool... Huge, Victorian home with an incredible porch. We really enjoyed our stay in this out of the way town. The house is very full of antiques and non-antique items. This was our first experience with real feather beds. Breakfast was great and the house was very comfortable. We were on a bike trip along the Erie canal and got into... More

The BEST B&B I have ever stayed at. This B&B has nice block paneling and decorated the best I have ever seen. The B&B owners were very nice to talk too and told me of a nice place to take a morning walking. The breakfast was also the best I have had. The arrangement was just perfect with cholate dipped...
