Excellent. My husband and I are repeat visitors and are going back again for our fourth time in February 2007. The food is excellent, the amenities are perfect and the house rules aren't a problem at all. I go there to relax and don't want to hear a jacuzzi after 10pm or before 10am. I would avoid staying in the Mahogany room located on the first floor. You can hear everything that goes on in the room directly above you and unfortunately, the people staying above us were not exactly light on their feet.
