The bathroom needed an overhaul and the chair in the room was GROSS. The Wi-Fi works in the hotel room but once you go to the ballrooms in the rear of the hotel it didn't exist. Purchased this hotel on Priceline. This was supposedly a 3 star hotel. When you first walked in the hotel, the lobby was pretty nice, so you were hopeful. However, as you walked through the inner hallways you realized maintenance was at a minimum. Our room had to be changed because the bedskirt had some type of disgusting streak on it.... More

I stayed at the Upsky for three nights while on a visit to Long Island in May 2015. My girlfriend made the reservation since she had been to events before in the ballrooms which she remembered to be nice. Over rated, price not worth it at all. Needs some desperate TLC. There are pot holes that need repairs. It's convenient it's right next to Long Island Expwy. Air conditioning not working properly, not very clean. Staff could be nicer, they seem a little snooty. Your not staying at the Four Seasons come down to earth.

On the website they offer complimentary breakfast which is completely untrue. My family went down for breakfast to find out you actually order by menu. completely misleading on the website. They also place a $100 hold on your account for accidentals which will take up to 5 days to be released. The lobby and bar was great but the rooms... More

We stayed at the UpSky for a one night stay. When we arrived the hotel seem to look okay . When we got to room the beds sheets look very wrinkle but I looked past that. I travel a lot so that seem stranged. Later I found blood on the sheets. Disgusted. Then the bathroom seem clean but behind door... More

Booked this hotel through Priceline who guaranteed it would be on a par with Hyatt, Courtyard,, or Doubletree. It is no where near. Stayed At the upsky after a formal event - seems to be trying but misses the mark. Rooms tired, staff lacking in the restaurant - as others said stained carpets - generator running the building when you park in the back; no key needed to enter back entrance.
