I was scared after reading all the previous posts but the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. My room was very nice and clean, the bed was really comfortable with a pillow top mattress. Just an overall great experience at this hotel! more

Spent 3 nights. Fitness center and pool were top notch. Room was okay, average, and clean. Noise and (especially) Beds SUCKED out loud. Hallways were always loud (something about this place and the rude people that work/frequent it)) and pillows & mattresses were poor quality. I expect more from a Hyatt. Nobody was at the front desk to check me... more

I stay here because it is right near my office...and am always stunned that this place actually attracts leisure travelers. It is a giant, characterless barn. The rooms are low ceilinged cells with popcorn ceilings. The carpets are revoltingly stained. The room service menu has not been changed in 3 years, and the output of the kitchen ranges from barely... more

I have stayed here a couple times during the summer months and have always enjoyed it. They have a really nice pool area to relax at and the lobby/bar area is nice as well to grab a drink. The rooms are re-done and very comfortable. If you like golf they have a course there and they also have tennis and... more

Stayed here for a Saturday night with my boyfriend. Clean and comfortable, room was a bit small but not a big deal. Ate at the restaurant downstairs - food was just mediocre but good for the convenience. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a more upscale hotel in the area. more

My husband and I stayed here on two separate occasions this year, and both times for a wedding. We stayed in August the first time, which was great, because we got to take advantage of the outdoor pool area. In the cooler months, they also have an indoor pool and hot tubs, which were also great. Overall, we were pleased... more

Dont worry about some previous reviews. My wife and I stayed here after attending an event locally, and the staff was literally tripping over themselves to help us out. The hotel mainly caters to a corporate and wedding clientele, but for travelers like us we hardly noticed. The location was ideal for us and the property was beautiful. The room... more

We got a $45 rate on Priceline for 3 nights, so the total was only about $150 after tax. This was the only positive thing about the stay. It seems like the hotel keeps the outside, lobby, and restaurant in good shape to attract people for weddings, banquets, and meetings. It appears that the money spent on the renovation of... more

This hotel was okay - the rooms were nice, and for the internet price we booked for two nights, it was adequate. We left with the impression that the hotel was understaffed and had deferred maintenance issues for a building of its size. Service was an issue. There were no bellhops on duty to assist bringing luggage up to the... more

Now and then, our family likes to spend a weekend enjoying Long Island. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency this time. But for some of the other guests, we would have had a fantastic time. We arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m., not expecting to get into our room but it was ready. It was a good sized room,... more
