If you enjoy sitting outside on your private deck and are lucky to get a room with a view of the bay ,this is your getaway. Surrounded by nature with the comforts of home, the Hampton Maid is a charming place to spend a few days or more. We stayed in the room with the windmill on top ,on the... More

The Hampton Maid is a lovely resort with a terrific location. It's an easy drive to Montauk on the South Fork, as well as to Orient Point located on the North Fork of the Island. The units are large, some of the furniture needs to be reupholstered, but that's about it. The owners and staff are friendly and provide excellent... More

Perfect spot to stay and explore the Hamptons. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and provided many great recommendations on places to see, restaurants to visit. Local knowledge of the area was fantastic! Would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the Hamptons.

Was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at this location. My family enjoyed a weekend from the NYC life to the calm east end way of life. The first morning we enjoyed breakfast in their restaurant and had everything from pancakes to omelets. Overall a friendly place and well kept.

I love this place. It is a gem, and you'll pay for it, but you won't mind. This is a family owned and run place that holds its old world charm with trendy updates and all the finery you would find in a luxury resort. There is a quiet relaxation to the grounds, a gentile country feel. Yet, once you... More

I had to attend the funeral of a friend in Hampton Bays and decided to stay at the Hampton Maid for one night over last week-end. The inn is basically a group of various size lodgings set back off East Montauk Highway. The night I was a guest, there were few others. It was a bit spooky. The cottage I... More

I booked the Hampton Maid based on the Trip Advisor reviews and we weren't disappointed. The breakfasts are as good as the comments say but what made it for us was our accommodation, which was in the upper part of the Windmill. It was brilliant to stay in here, a great experience. The room was gorgeous and really cosy. We... More

My family had two rooms at the Hampton Maid last weekend and it was a delightful experience. The customer service is truly exceptional. In one of the rooms we discovered the heater was broken late Saturday afternoon. We called the front desk, and within the hour there were three staff members in our room who removed the old heater and... More

Hampton Maid was made for families with kids. I say this because the Inn has a nice outdoor pool and a small playground with swings, slides, etc. My pre-k and kindergartner enjoyed their stay. There were many other families with little ones which appealed to us. The place is quiet and my kids slept without issues. The room we stayed... More

Seemed promising but we had the worst room in the place, a corner with windows on 2 sides, cotton curtains, no shades or blinds. It was like being in a fish bowl. It was on ground level. It is a good thing that I brought a sleeping mask!
