We chose to be in this place because of the good reviews from trip advisor. We also considered the homely feeling everyone shared. Perfect for a small family and you will also be introduced to a loving and furry friend of everyone, Fernando, the cat. Reyna is like a mom to everyone. She will make sure the house is kept... More

It is like having your own little apartment, living room, bedroom, kitchen, as well as your own driveway and backyard area! Renyas' attention to detail and loving demeanor were icing on the cake. She provides a welcome basket, a great breakfast, and we all received a wonderful "surprise" at the end of our stay. We cannot wait to come back!

This place is adorable! Reyna and John are wonderful!! It's like being a guest in their home without feeling like your intruding. The rooms are decorated so beautifully. They supply you with everything you could possibly need!! I can't wait to bring my husband here next time I'm visiting friends in Groton!!

The hosts were very sweet. The bed was incredible. Accommodations were very homey. A private driveway for my car! I took a friend to visit Cornell and staying here made it a very humbling city-escape trip for me. I hope to be back soon! Breakfast was made to order and delicious as well. It is a must stay!

My children and I were recently in Cortland to visit my oldest child who is studying at SUNY Cortland. The Graceful Owl exceeded my expectations. My kids all loved the lovely accommodations and asked that we stay there every time we go to visit. It is a 15 minute drive to campus and really feels like a home away from... More

Reyna and John are very friendly and helpful hosts, and the stay was memorable and fun. We stayed as a family of four for three nights, and we would recommend this B&B to other families as well. The breakfast and the sleep were both by far the best of our two-week trip through Pennsylvania, New York, Ontario, Michigan, and Ohio.... More

I stayed here for a long weekend in October 2010 for some meetings at Cornell and really enjoyed my stay. First, the hosts are SO NICE. Reyna and John were quick with the email communications and got me settled in nicely, even though I arrived rather late. Breakfast was also great. Second, the space is amazing. It's really a one-bedroom... More

This was a truly wonderful experience. The suite (really more like an apartment) was filled with all sorts of homey touches. Our hosts, Reyna and John, did everything they could to make us feel at home. We were in Groton to attend a wedding at another B&B across the street and were able to play host ourselves the night before... More
