We enjoyed our stay at Townsend Manor, very friendly, great location, can walk to town. The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was updated. The bar was small but very nice and the people were friendly. A few weeks later, the Manager sent a necklace that I thought I had lost, guess I left it in the room.... More

We were very trepedatious about staying here because of the reviews but we were more than pleasantly surprised. Check in was smooth, the accommodations were beautifully appointed-the king bed was super comfortable (room 47 in the main house), everything was fantastic even our short time at the bar/restaurant-food was good and service was fast and friendly. Honestly we can't wait... More

The location is great as its a short distance from downtown Greenport. The marina views are lovely. The room was clean. The bathroom was updated and nice but had no counter space. The staff when we checked in was excellent, friendly and helpful. The staff on checkout not so much. We were unsure if we were going to stay a... More

The location is ideal--its a short walk to town for the restaurants and shopping. The grounds are quiet, green and quaint with a beautiful pool. You can enjoy the BBQ area, poolside grill or restaurant. The marina is protected and a great place to dock your boat. We stay every year and always have a big Farm Breakfast on our... More

I stayed at this hotel the weekend of June 1, 2013. Their room and the hotel is quaint and has a great location to the center of all the action in Greenport. Their website showed a beautiful pool which I anticipated would be swimmable. The pool was not clean, full of leaves and debris and the side pool was brown... More

After reading all the reviews, I was unsure what our stay would be like. Here's my take on this place. My husband and I wanted a very last-minute, one-night getaway on the North Fork. Every B&B was booked, and most hotels and motels, too. The Townsend Manor Inn had one room with a king size bed, and we took it.... More

We were grateful to get a room in this busy town on July 4th, with no prior registration except for day of. That part was great. They had a nice pool and everyone in the hotel was in it. Great to have a place to do laundry. The bad part was, they used something like Glade plug ins in the... More

On a busy July 4th weekend, my boyfriend and I arrived at this place by chance. Our original reservation was shockingly gross. I will write a review on the site in which we rented from......but getting back to this place....it was a modest but very clean. The bathroom was updated and clean. I desperately called around knowing we would be... More

We stayed here one night as a last minute weekend get away. The reviews id read weren't overly positive ut we couldn't find anything else available. I was pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room. And I would definitely stay here again. I think for The area you get a good value. The room was nice and a short... More

Our experience: Awoken Saturday 6:45 AM by garbage truck pickup; Unable to sleep Saturday evening as boaters very loud on dock until 1 AM; Awoke Sunday morning 7:30 by boaters starting their day and engines; Broken coffee maker in room; No hairdryer in room; EXTREMELY small room, but quaint and clean; Convenient walk to town. All this for $225 plus... More
