We stayed here for my sons wedding a couple of nights and were generally pleased. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom spotless. Valets very helpful and courteous. Had drinks at the bar and one glass had cigarette ash at the bottom but the bartender rectified the issue and took it off the bill. Elevators seem... More

We stayed here to be near USMMA at Kings Point and the North Shore LIJ Hospital. We received nothing but attention and helpfulness from the valets, desk staff, bartender, servers and housekeepers. It was particularly important with a family member having surgery and needing ice and other items from the hotel to help with a post-op overnight. Food service was... More

Convenient location to the center of Great Neck, friendly staff, though no luxury destination. Rooms spacious, decor a bit dated and tired. Elevators not working on what was clearly a very busy weekend, When there is a microwave in the room, hotel should provide a mug for hot water instead of waxed cups, and NOT charge $8 for a small... After a long uber ride in traffic it was so wonderful to arrive to such a welcoming smile from Jamela C. Our check in process was seamless and while our class of room was not ready (we arrived before check in), Jamela was able to secure us an upgraded room immediately. 30 seconds in an elevator and I walked in... A great location in downtown Great Neck is both a plus and a minus. The minus is because the LIRR runs right behind the hotel and can be somewhat noisy. The plus is that there are a lot of great shops within walking distance, as is the train station. The Hotel is well-run, with a friendly, responsive staff. It is... More

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! It's always nice to hear from guests after their stay. I'm sorry that the noise of the train was noticeable, but I agree -- being so close to the best shops around is a plus! Hope to see you next time you visit Great Neck! I stay at the Inn while on business. The staff is uber-accommodating and friendly (I especially like the door men). The restaurant is open later than most and has a decent breakfast. They provide passes to a number of local gyms, which is awesome. Beds are super comfortable and the neighborhood is great (lots of awesome restaurants).

This is not a Ritz Carlton, but that's okay because if you want to sleep in the Great Neck area, this is a great choice. Rooms are quiet, the staff tries hard and they even have room service. Suites are large and there is a bar and restaurant if you don't wish to go off the property.

Walk to everything! Subway, shops, food, cvs and nail places. Hotel gym pitiful but pass to the ny health club a bonus. Only a short walk. Clean rooms. Backside of the hotel gets lots of subway noise. Restuarant staff and food are awesome. Front desk very helpful.

We had a block of about 10 rooms for our wedding weekend. The hotel was very nice, clean and rooms are very quiet, bed comfortable and amenities were modern. We had a shuttle that took us to the reception and back. Of all the vendors we came in contact with during the planning of our wedding, Ryan from the sales... More

Nestled on a winding street in Great Neck, New York. Good sized rooms with tall airy windows and more than adiquite bathrooms. Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, large bathroom mirror, and even a bath robe! The breakfast buffet is expensive ($15.00), but excellent. A choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, everything. A full bar with a light kitchen for the... More
