Stayed here for a business trip 2nd week of June. I am a tolerant travelers and realize that not every hotel is going to be the Four Seasons but come on...put I little effort into making the place nice. First - room was ok; not enough outlets near the desk to work - had to unplug the mini-fridge to plug... more

First let me tell you there is a toll to get into the island of a $1 which isn't much but it is annoying and the hotel is about 25min away from the falls. The island does not have much except a lame amusement carnival like park and a roach grocery store (YES I ACTUALLY SAW A ROACH). The best... more

We stayed one night. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The hotel is older and a typical conference center style property. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the river, but there are no chairs on the balcony so you can't really utilize the balcony. The pools (indoor & outdoor) are great! The rooms have been... more

This hotel was centrally located for our needs (we were there for the State Ice Hockey Championship.) We were there for 5 days, and the staff was wonderful. Our group was very large, and they did everything they could do to accomodate our needs(including keeping the pool open for us for a pool party after our championship game.) They arranged... more

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. I came up here to gamble with some friends while on a road trip to Toronto. We decided to stay for 3 nights. When I arrived there were no bag carts anywhere and we had too much heavy luggage to do it ourselves (we... more

I stayed as always for business reasons. All Holiday Inns are getting on in years and are starting to get a little sad in decor. This is no exception. The room was clean but painted in beige; in fact the whole hotel is beige. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked properly as did the bathroom fittings. The towels... more

The room was clean, and that is the only positive thing that I can say. We were invaded by a youth hockey tournament in town. That usually is not a problem if your hotel wants you enjoy your stay. The staff allowed these monsters to over run the hotel yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs, banging on... more

Stayed at this property just this weekend. I was a little worried after reading the reviews but thought we would give it a try anyway. We were very pleased with the hotel. Every staff member that we had contact with was very pleasant. Our room was very nice and the property seemed well taken care of. There is a restaurant... more

I came to this hotel for a wedding and endured possibly the worst customer service ever. They told the groom that they gave up his room the night before his wedding because he did not check in by 6pm- since he was too busy having the rehersal dinner. When guests asked to speak to the manager regarding this, no one... more
