Kampgrounds of America (KOA) is the world's largest system of privately held campgrounds with almost 500 locations across US and Canada. The campground on Grand Island in New York State near Niagara Falls and adjacent to Martin's Fantasy Island is very good. It offers full hookup (water, power, and sewer) on select sites. The sites are very narrow and there... More

We were two families who booked seperately and the staff was helpful getting us adjacent sites to camp. The bathroom and the servive were exceptional but we could definitely do with more space/better physical demarcation between tent sites

Nice campground- we stayed in one of the big sites with a patio, deck furniture and a gas grill. Our site was really nice. It's close to Niagara Falls and we did day trips to the surrounding area. The staff could be a bit more friendly. The people running the store acted like you were bothering them or weren't there.... More

I'm a tent camper but I like a little privacy in between sites and while the service and bathrooms here were exceptional, the sites themselves were a little disappointing. They are grassy and open and most with no definition in between sites. However, if you are camping with kids there is always plenty to do at this KOA. Lots of... More

We camped in a popup and had a pull through site on the left hand side of the property near the entrance to the amusement park. We arrived the day before 7/4 and left the day after. If you have kids, then I would suggest staying on the other side of the campground closer to the big pool as it... More

First time staying at a KOA campsite, it is well worth the extra cost. The campsite, itself, was pristine; the bathrooms were spotless. The staff was friendly. We stayed in a rustic cabin and it was perfect. It was also a nice jumping off point to travel around the region. There is a large grocery store about a mile down... More

We stayed at KOA due to the proximity of the U.S. side falls. It took a while to check in, even camping in a tent. The tent sites are in the back along the fence and there is a theme park on the other side of that fence. This campsite is not private at all you can see everyone and... More

At this KOA, we had a lovely, small, grassy, open (read: no privacy) campsite in close proximity to the bathroom and pool (which was closed). The campground was clean, well-kept, and not crowded (we stayed on a Tuesday in late September). The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Grand Island is very convenient to driving down to see Niagara Falls... More

We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe cabin. We were very impressed. There were clean linens, a stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner stovetop. There was more than enough flatware, glasses and dishes for a large group. The cabin was immaculate when we entered. Outside, there is a gas grill, fire pit and table for six.... More

This KOA campground is one of the BEST!!!! My family and friends were treated like royalty. If you are a true RV’r then this is the place to visit Niagara Falls. It is certainly affordable…I love the gas grill…and the outdoor table set….the concrete patio saved us a lot of cleaning…10 to 15 minutes to Niagara State Park and Canada... More
