I find the travelodge in Staines depressing and don't use it, so I stay here when I'm stuck. Bit of a last resort. The rooms are all pretty clapped out and some of the bathrooms are a bit grim. You might drop lucky and get a good room. Some of them have decent space and a four poster bed. Some... more

I felt like being in a grave in my room. It was on ground floor, looking into a wall (30 cm away) with fire doors in it. Terrible. But the staff is OK. There are also other rooms without a window! Can youimagine that! WellI moved in other room taht had no heating, but even that was better than before. more

I am prompted to write a review to defend the place I have virtually lived in as a business traveller for the past year or so. Is it a faceless corporate chain hotel where you wouldn't be able to necessarily remember which country you were in when you woke up? No. Is it an individual hotel with an incredibly excellent,... more

After reading previous reviews I was a bit hesistant about staying, but I was pleasantly surprised. I understand the hotel is under new management, this was reflected in the the staff being very efiicient, the indian food was amazing. My bedroom was very clean and I had a deacent nights sleep. more

Recently stayed at the Anne Boleyn on company business, very disappointed with the facilities on offer. Food was terrible, the bedrooms, restaurants and reception areas were all in need of updating and the staff generally unhelpful. As a regular business traveller, I expect some comfort but unfortunately you won't find any here ! more

The hotel has real character and the staff really made me feel welcome. I was given a room with a four poster bed, which was delightful. The food in both indian and chinese restaurants was excellent. The most pleasing part of the stay was the exceptional service and the location. I stayed over as my company booked a christmas party,... more

This "hotel" is not good in any way. The plates and things were filthy, as if they're never washed, but just dry wiped by hand, if there is such a thing. The waiters in the Indian restaurant were rude and didnt want to be there. The breakfast was in dirty bowls and in the Chinese restaurant which NEVER had anyone... more

This hotel was booked for me through my workplace and unfortunately I had to stay there on two separate occasions. On both occasions the room I stayed in (a different one on each occasion) was sub-standard. They do not have duvets on the beds, only a sheet and some sort of fake wool blanket. I requested an extra blanket which... more

I recently stayed at this Hotel during a business trip and found the staff from the receptionist right through to the bar staff very friendly and helpful . After my second day the bar manager knew what i was drinking and would bring the drink to my table when i was engaged in my work, and was even able to... more

As a regular business traveller I stay in hotels a lot. This hotel wins an award from me - the bed was without a shadow of a doubt the most uncomfortable that I have ever tried to sleep in in my life. To put this in context, I often stay in far cheaper hotels than this one, and was at... more
