Excellent price for the night, room was immaculate and comfortable. Parking is in the retail park across the road across from the Travelodge and it's free between 6 pm and 7am. Overnight parking cost me £2 in total as we left at 8.30am, which is great value consideri g moat Travel ode car parks cost £12 upwards overnight. Lots of... More

As a party of 10 in 4 rooms we had a good stay here after a day out at Thorpe Park. This travelodge is in a great location. Minutes from Thorpe Park and located on a retail estate. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was an ok size. It was all clean, tidy and fresh. Bathroom is small... More

We stayed here on the first & final night of our UK trip as it is convenient for LHR. We have used Travelodge many times before and this particular several times. Cons for this one are: Inexpensive, close to town amenities, loads of parking ( pay during peak times 0800 to 1900 I recall), and the staff are friendly. Pro:... More

Stayed at Travelodge in staines for 3 nights. Was within my budget, so choose this hotel. They didn't have AC in the room, but did had fan, which is not good enough for this hot weather. Can't complain a lot when on a budget. The staffs were really welcoming, always smiling. Makes your day early in the morning. The asian... More

We stayed here on saturday night. As it was a warm day the room was boiling hot on arrival despite the curtain being closed and window open. The room was provided with a fan, which we had on all night. As it was so hot outside we had to have the windows open and were kept awake by noisy drunks... More

Room was 40 degrees despite it not being warm out. Nothing in it worked - bedside light, tv remote, window catches, extractor fan in bathroom. We were just above reception and had huge gangs of chavs hanging around outside our window all night smoking and drunkenly shouting at each other. Pretty much the only guests who appeared to be inside... More

Thank you for your review. Not all of our hotels have air conditioning however, fans can be borrowed from the reception desk to help make our customers stay more comfortable. We’re sorry to learn that your stay was disturbed due to noise from other guests and also the fire alarm. We would like to investigate further so please use the... More

Updated since I last visited but all this means is there is a new bed a coat of paint, and more pillows. The Frank & Benny's next door and smoking out front is a problem for front facing lower numbered rooms if you want a window open. Still a good location and value for money and will continue to use

Stayed here for a base to get into Twickenham. Friendly staff, and clean tidy rooms. Even the pull out bed was surprisingly comfy. We were on the ground floor, but didn't experience much noise. Think we may be back next year.
