In the midst of a forest, a lovely mansion, with very nice rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. No movies though. Lots of sports facilities but I didn't use them. A lovely place in an area without many hotels

Thank you, as we get ready to reopen our classic 1950's bowling alley we hope you can come back and bowl a few games. We are getting ready for the snow to melt and get the outdoor pool open. We are looking forward to a spring and summer with many new activities. I hope to see you on a return... More

Only minutes away from New York city this property has country charm, quiet elegance in a secluded town. The mansion is unique with halls of rustic heritage and legacy charm weaved in with modern decor. My room was large with above average furnishing. The most distinguishing feature of the room was the view of snow on the surrounding wooded area.... More

Thank you for your feedback, We hope you will come back soon as we launch our new menu and wine list. Summers at the pool or sunrise yoga on the patio are great ways to spend a summer weekend. More

We went to Glen Cove Mansion as part of a 2 day mini trip by staying on Long Island. The kids enjoyed the quiet of the hotel. There were not many people during the winter storm so the staff was a little light. The breakfast was good but nothing special. The staff were all very nice and professional. They were... More

Thank you for your feedback, Since your visit Madam Secretary also filmed in February. I hope you have time for a return visit in warm weather so you can see the contrast from the snow storms of February. More

The Mansion is a vey beautiful hotel from the outside, the hotel is very old, the rooms are not very modern and the old furnishings are just that , old. We were here traveling on business , due to the fact that there were no Marriotts or Hiltons close by we decided to stay here because of the proximity of... More

Stopped at the Glen Cove Mansion for a week attending a Global Sales Kick off. The rooms were very nice and the staff very attentive. The place has a nice indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped Gym and squash table. Lots of areas / quiet areas for meetings and a great restaurant. Has a great bar that is big... More

Comfortable stay in the winter time with beautiful setting with snow all around. The pool is lovely (top marks) and sports are well catered for and the pub is also good with local beers, tasty food and chatty barmen. On the downside there is no shop for essentials (I had to walk into town which was a fair step) or... More

This was the second year that The Glen Cove Mansion hosted their New Years Eve Event. The food was delectable and the staff was great! After check in, we began up in the 1910 Club for a late lunch. Good Wine & Good Prices! It's a nice long walk to the rooms as other reviewers noted, but walking is good... More

Whoever wrote this place is a Hampton Inn connected to a mansion said it perfectly. We stayed in a King Room and selected the Love is in the Air package upon reserving the room. We arrived in the afternoon where we were greeted by reception and checked into our room which felt like miles from the mansion itself....wear comfortable shoes... More

It is a nice old place but the rooms need to be restored. Too high price for this kind of service. The pub 1910 good food but do not order wine, the worst that I tasted worldwide, better a coke. The waiters are friendly but do non understand what really you need. The pub too expensive for what you eat.

Thank you – s18vegas, Thanks very much for taking the time to review our property. Your correct the wine list needs work. I am tackling that task now and candid feedback from all of our guests is very important! We recently purchased the property and while our tenure at the property has been brief the new ownership team is working... More

Beautiful building, rooms and room decor are average and could use some improvement, but area has not much to chose from. Most other hotels in area I found are overpriced dinghy motels and this was best so far. Huge place, kind of a maze and could do with a bit more inspiration as far as individual room decor. Otherwise clean
