The grounds of the hotel are very beautiful and that's pretty much it! The hotel is very dated and unless you are staying a night or 2 for an on-site wedding, there are much better places to stay. However, if you'd like to stay at Belhurst, I'd highly recommend that you stay during the week and not on a weekend... More

My girlfriend's sister got married at Belhurst. The wedding was very good and the services were top notch. Since I was there for a wedding I got to see the tower suite which was nice with a huge king bed, huge bathroom with old fashioned tub, and a viewing area in the turret. Our room was in the reserve and... More

DO NOT even consider this hotel!!! We stayed at the Inn next door. Rooms are VERY outdated and pictures on their website have not been updated since the Inn was built 10 years ago. Jacuzzi tub in every room. Why? Are they trying to compete with Mount Airy Lodge in the Poconos? The grounds are beautiful and the wines are... More

My husband and I stayed at the Vinifera Inn, which is connected to the Castle, to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and were disappointed. Our room was OK, but was located directly above one of the Ball/Event rooms. A wedding reception, with live entertainment, kept us awake after 11:00 p.m. If that wasn't bad enough, after the event was finished,... More

My husband and I were blessed to stay in such a luxurious hotel for 2 nights, celebrating our 40th anniversary. Although we stayed in the new addition it was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable, and had a lovely view of Seneca Lake. We also enjoyed dinner in their main dining room, called "Edgar's", the food was excellent and reasonably... More

Very disappointed in this property. Exterior is impressive but rooms are tired and drab. Stay down the road but not here. Lamp cords everywhere, bed in front of window, window AC and on and on. Didn't try the food.

We have eaten here on 3 occasions and have never been disappointed with Edgar's. The Sunday Brunch is wonderful and priced well. Finally had a chance to stay in the hotel and reserved room #110 in the castle. The rooms was fantastic, huge space with huge bathroom, sitting areas with couch, TV and a cheesy boom box. We even had... More

Let me start off by saying that we approached our stay here with high expectations. This was an anniversary visit and we had lunch in the lounge a couple years ago (which was great, and which will be covered in another review). But the room? The WORST! We would have taken a "better" room (bigger, lake view, etc) but due... More

Stayed at the Lewis suite at White Springs Manor. It was very big and loved the king size bed. The past visits we've stayed in Pond view and Lee both of which were great. Had another great stay and dinner at Edgars was delicious. The negatives-shower did not have much pressure and woke up at 4 to hear something in... More

My husband booked this 2 night stay at Belhurst Castle, he had visited this property about 10 years ago & was excited for me to see it. We stayed in room 306. The views of Lake Senaca from our room were Amazing, only marred by the disgusting dirty windows, with cobwebs, dead bugs. The room was a great space, furniture... More
