Overall we were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked the Riverside Inn. They have a nice lobby and restaurant area with pool tables and a nice setting on the river. The room was clean and though not luxurious it was perfectly satisfactory. Our one complaint was that the people in the room below us had extremely loud puppies staying... More

Hotel.com showed all rooms from Syracuse to Oswego were booked during this fall foliage weekend, so we were delighted to find a room here. I had low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. The lobby, halls and room were clean. Everything (furnishings) is older and a bit dingy, but that isn't a problem for me. Breakfast was included in price (under... More

I have used this hotel for the past 5 years when we work up state NY for the fireworks show at Breitbeck Park in Oswego, NY. The rooms are clean, that a big thing. The rooms and the hallway all needs a makeover. Yes, it's old but it's clean. We take 6 rooms each time we do the work in... More

We stayed at this place over Labor Day weekend only because there were no other rooms available in the area. It was the closest place to Oswego, where we wanted to be. We had three rooms between my family and friends. Bottom line, it needs to be completely refurbished. It's totally outdated. There were unsightly stains on the furniture, cigarette... More

Apparently, this is the only hotel in Fulton. I had to attend a meeting there with a supplier and did not have much time to book elsewhere in Oswego or Syracuse where there is a bigger choice. This hotel is alongside the river bank and the location is amazing! The views, the gardens are very pleasant, but the property is... More

We stayed here as we had a wedding to attend in the area…. Not the best place but not the worse place either… Kind of dirty with a few creepy dead bugs lying around… Half of the lights didn't work in the room.. Not the cleanest or updated place.. Some updating would go a long way with this hotel. Still... More

The room was nice. Comfy beds. Dirt on bedstand The guy at the desk when we checked in acted like we were bothering him. Window lock in room was broken and internet did not work. Check out guy was nice.

After reading the previous reviews I was apprehensive about staying here, but it turned out to be ok. We spent one night, wouldn't have wanted to stay for any longer length. Our room was clean, but very well worn. Stained carpet and chairs. Bed was comfortable. Appears that they have been doing some updating - stairways appeared to have been... More
