Don't stay here. The whole place needs updating and repairs. For what they offer, it is definateky overpriced. Go to Oswego instead. We found a dirty sock under the desk. The bathtub had a badly repaired hole in it and the window sill was rotten. The coffe maker station had no tea or condiments so you were out of luck... More

Hello, I expected a low quality hotel but this is pathetic. With annual outages at the nuke plants you would think they could upgrade. Pros first: 1. Expense 2. Location being right on NY 481 in south fulton 3. noise level low (no guests helps) 4. Bed was old but still comfortable Cons now: 1. No security side door always... More

I don't understand the Oswego area. Generally, the lodging offerings are a bunch of 2-2 and 1/2 star chain or independent outfits that charge $80-$175 (!) a night. Many are older and worn. I decided to try Riverside Inn in Fulton this visit; a bargain on Hotwire. Yes, the rooms show some wear in spots. It's a kitchy plance. The... More

Our room was clean, my wife's first pet peeve. Some of the furniture looks like it came from an antique store but overall, for the price, we were satisfied. We would stay again and we are looking to revisit the area this summer during the Harbor Fest.

Honestly, the place needs a good update, everywhere. The rooms were clean with decent lighting, clean sheets, clean bathroom and s great view of the river. The staff could use an overhaul in customer service but all and all it worked.

Overall we were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked the Riverside Inn. They have a nice lobby and restaurant area with pool tables and a nice setting on the river. The room was clean and though not luxurious it was perfectly satisfactory. Our one complaint was that the people in the room below us had extremely loud puppies staying... More

Hotel.com showed all rooms from Syracuse to Oswego were booked during this fall foliage weekend, so we were delighted to find a room here. I had low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. The lobby, halls and room were clean. Everything (furnishings) is older and a bit dingy, but that isn't a problem for me. Breakfast was included in price (under... More

I have used this hotel for the past 5 years when we work up state NY for the fireworks show at Breitbeck Park in Oswego, NY. The rooms are clean, that a big thing. The rooms and the hallway all needs a makeover. Yes, it's old but it's clean. We take 6 rooms each time we do the work in... More

We stayed at this place over Labor Day weekend only because there were no other rooms available in the area. It was the closest place to Oswego, where we wanted to be. We had three rooms between my family and friends. Bottom line, it needs to be completely refurbished. It's totally outdated. There were unsightly stains on the furniture, cigarette... More
