My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at The White Inn! From the moment we walked in to our check-out, staff were friendly and accomodating. Such a convenient location with it being right downtown Fredonia so we could visit the shops and nightlife in the village. Plenty of parking and a relaxing atmosphere altogether, will definitely be staying again... More

Main Street location in beautiful village right on the wine trail through western New York State. Plenty of parking on site. Walk the village visiting the numerous restaurants and pubs or enjoy the British style pub on site and dine on the spacious patio.

Well the run down look of the place would be charming if the amenities and services compensated for it. They sure didn't, Staff were not all that friendly. Nothing personable or welcoming. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, the most expensive room in the hotel. Beat up. We got one threadbare towel each. The hairdryer didn't work TV remote didn't... More

We had such a nice stay, the suite was so pretty and beautifully furnished, and the bed was so comfortable! The TV was huge and a leather sofa was a nice touch. Did not expect the fridge. We were upgraded to the Anniversary suite, great, since it was our anniversary. The staff was very nice, professional and helpful.

On check-in there was no welcome. No courtesies. Our entire stay was characterized by indifference and disregard. Too many students running every aspect of the Inn. It's only redeeming aspect was its proximity to the Opera house.

My husband and I visited this are this past weekend for the Art Trail experience. We were looking forward to our stay at The White Inn and were expecting a lovely room with antiques and a generous breakfast. This is NOT what happened! To begin: our room was small with average furnishings...no antiques. The was no place to sit except... More

It would seem to me that this hotel is attempting to cut corners. Not really a bed and breakfast as I see it is listed. Broken tile, stained carpets and furniture, and Days Inn breakfast was not was what I expected. We did have a large room that was basically clean, but not filled with antiques as some reviews state,... More

We are continuing to update the furnishings and hope that you will consider staying with us... More

The White Inn is such a unique property. This is my second time staying there - and am already booked for a third. The staff, and in particular, Suzie at the front desk, are all amazing and ready to help out in any way possible. The rooms are well cared for and the Inn is within walking distance to downtown... You can't stay at the White Inn if you're looking for a chain hotel, 4 Star, cookie cutter experience, None of the floors are level nor doors square. It has an antique charm with a history to back it up. It is clean, the bed was comfortable but there were several imperfections, mainly cosmetic, such as iron burn imprints on... More

We had stayed in this hotel last year and appreciated the full, bountiful breakfast. When it came time to book for our son's graduation, this was our first choice. We booked way in advance and confirmed that a full breakfast was included. Apparently, sometime during the year the the restaurant was sold from the rest of the hotel, and the... More
