This motel has the potential to be a decent place to stay. It's current state is, however, deplorable. Carpet was smelly, furniture has seen better days, bathroom had fungus or something growing in it. Current owners did not seem to care about their guests concerns. Found the room very clean, nicely furnished, with good lighting, amenities (refrigerator, microwave). (I was concerned about any place that had "Budget"in the name, but was pleasantly surprised.) It is a one floor Inn and great for someone with limited mobility. Parking is adequate, tho if someone came in two cars, it might be difficult - but plenty of space... more
