We stayed in Sept for 2 nights. Our site was ready, and we were greeted by Holly upon check in. Grounds are well kept, clean facility. Pool was closed but looked nice. Have stayed in a lot of KOAs and this one we will go back to in 2015. The price is right, better than Watkins Glenn, and it is... More

Victor is the Owner of this park and he takes much pride in making sure all of the Campers are happy. He rides his golf cart around the Park to be sure everyone is safe and ok. A very personable Owner. We always stay here while in NY to camp while visiting Family in the area. The park is always... More

We loved this KOA. It has a site for everyone from open grassy sites to RV lots to woodsy sites to cabins with electric, AC and mini-fridges. We went for labor day weekend and the place was full yet surprisingly once the quiet hours hit it really did get quiet which was amazing considering how many kids were here. We... More

This is a nice campground,it was very quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and there is lots for kids to do. My son enjoyed the in woods obstacle course. The pool area is in rough shape with the concrete around the edge but my son thought the temps were fine. The pool opens kind of late at 10am and closes... More

We have young kids. The campground had plenty of stuff for children to do from zip lining, to swimming. The pool was in poor shape but very clean. The resort was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the washrooms and showers were very clean, and finally good fishing for the kids.

We stayed here 1 night on our way to Vermont. It was a nice safe campground. The place was quiet & clean. Had a nice looking pool which I was told was 80 degrees. Nice little store, a pond, putt putt. Nice clean shower bathroom. We didn't use any of the facilities but we would've liked to try out the... More

we stopped into the canandaigua koa for one night and found it to be a clean and very friendly place, never been escorted to the site before, but that was a nice touch. don't park to close to the cherry trees, or you will have red streaks on your rv.

I wouldn't even give them one star! Tried to reschedule because of a death in our family, but the Manager wouldn't even consider it. I am aware that their policies are clearly explained on the site, which he reminded me of multiple times during our conversation, but he wouldn't even give me the consideration of rescheduling at a different time... My wife and I stayed here the entire month of June 2014. We enjoyed ourselves very much and we intend to return for 2015. While we read some unflattering reviews on other sites we have recent first hand experience with the campground and the staff. The very pleasant couple runs the campground as if they own it and have a... More

Arrived late but cabin was ready. Most comfortable beds of last 4 koa’s. Air conditioning was a real plus with the wetter humid weather they were having. Surrounds a 'critter pond' which seemed to have alot of mosquitos. Store opened too late to stay for breakfast/coffee. Staff were friendly. Had pedal bikes, paddle boats, mini golf. Site had christmas lights... More
