I booked what I thought was a non smoking room for 3 nights. When I reminded the staff of a non smoking room I was told to call back later. The comforter was blood stained, carpet and chair filthy. I checked out the next morning. Horrible place, staff rude and disrespectful.

stayed in this motel for two nights. the room service is horrible, asked for extra pillows but the employee flipped out on me. they dont know how to treat the customer. the bed sheets smelled like they weren't even washed for months. the carpet has smoke stains all over it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANY ONE

In my time I have visited many motels and this was by far one of the best motels I have had the pleasure of staying in. From the excellent management to the comfortable rooms, my needs were met. My advice if you need a place to stay in Endicott or Binghampton in general, I strongly recommend the Red Carpet Inn!

This place is so run down! It needs to be torn down, I cannot believe they expect you to pay to stay here! DIRTY everything was old, tv did not work! I really do not have anything nice to say about this place just do not stay here!!!!

Ripping wallpaper, ripped couch, no bed sheets, moldy bathroom, 50's dated, so bad I decided to sleep in my car instead. Wouldn't pay any amount to sleep in this hotel. Booked 4 rooms here-all HORRIBLE! I just wanted a decent place to sleep, I was afraid i would get bed bugs or lice here.
