Just returned home from an outstanding stay at the Painted Lady. Awesome architecture from the beautuful stained glass windows to the outstanding woodwork. It's like taking a step back into time. A coziness you can't describe. Marilyn serves up a delicious breakfast and Butch keeps the coffee coming. They will both treat you like royalty! You won't be disappointed! more

I would give the Painted Lady in Elmira 5 satrs. The Victorian home was beautiful. the innkeepers were extremely friendly. They made us feel like family. The room was large and roomy and extremely clean. The 3 course breakfast was fabulous! I will stay there again without hesitating.Thank you Mr & Mrs Monroe, you two are great! more
