Staff was the worst staff I have ever encountered. I work in this Industry so I may be hard to please but never-the-less they have a horrible staff. During my stay there was a large storm which knocked out the power. This is by no means the staffs fault but their subsequent actions were what made my stay so displeasureable.... more

I recently attended a conference at Holiday Valley at stayed at the Inn. Everything was very nice. The standard room was spacious and very clean. Each room has an outside sitting area with Adirondack style chairs. There is also a large gazebo with picnic tables right next tot he golf course. We just got back from another wonderful few days at the Inn at Holiday Valley. We have been going to the Inn for five years, but this was the first time we had a suite. It was fantastic. Much better than my stay two weeks ago. The room was clean this time. The hotel website is still down requiring you to call in to book a room, I hope they fix that soon.
