This bunk house is more like a tractor shed. The bunk was poorly constructed from lumber probably by the owners. The table in the room was wobbly and the chairs were pretty bad. The sofa was full of crumbs. The TV was not connected to cable, but there was a collection of VHS tapes. This place needs some work and... More

We booked the lodge for a a long weekend, just my husband and I. Our room was right off the main entrance which was convenient for coming and going but was otherwise horrible. Though there is a sign requesting to be respectful and conscious of fellow lodgers we heard EVERYTHING from our room. People coming and going at all hours,... More

We needed a place to stay for one night in Ellicottville, the four of us took two rooms. Either everything else was booked, too far from downtown or more then we cared to spend for just a place to hang our hat for the night. After reading reviews on here we were a little reluctant to trust a reservation at... More

I had made a reservation early April 2014 for a one night stay for a bachelorette party in mid May 2014. I was called by the receptionist about 2.5 weeks after making the reservation with a voicemail stating that the "owners" had booked the entire lodge for the date of our trip and that our party was not able to... This is a cute, exquisite lodge with splendid continental breakfast. Delicious expired pizza was left on the table by the breakfast. I slept downstairs in the open room and we had this guy yelling "I love skiing!" That was my only complaint. Otherwise a decent stay if you plan on going skiing.

The location is great and the lodge is fine but extremely overpriced for what you get. Granted during prime ski season everything in Ellicotville is overpriced, but for $169.00 a night I don't think towels in the room is asking too much. We checked in at 5:30 and were told that towels were in the dryer and would be brought... More

We went Nov. 2011 for the Beer Festival. I looked at several hotels and didn't like the rates or location. A friend recommended Kelly House without question. It was perfect. It is great for singles or groups. It's within walking/crawling distance of bars and restaurants. Tracy is very nice and helpful. It's like being in your own house. Very comfortable.... More

I usually stay here when I am in town. Love the location on the edge of the village and with most places running 50-150 more per night, it is an affordable option in Ellicottville. It is quaint and simple and doesn't feature the bells and whistles of higher end lodging, but when you are in EVL, you don't seem to... More

Ok, made the reservations 3 months in advance for the room that sleeps 6. That's six people. Was charged a "child fee" we did not take kids. Tracy said " oh the people who made the website messed it up, I will take the charge off".. RIGHT didnt. THEN when I called to double check the room number and she... More
