We were so delighted to meet the new owners of this established B&B. They really know how to make you feel very special. Loved the breakfast every morning on the deck looking out at the bay. Wish we had more reason to come back to Long Island because we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks again, Kelly & Kenny for all... More

The new owners evidently only took over 6 weeks ago but you can tell they have hospitality in their blood! From the moment we arrived Kenny and Kelly made us feel welcome and part of the family. The bedroom was lovely, with a super comfortable bed and absolutely soundproof. We had the Sunset room which features a separate living area... More

Lovely b&b on the marina at Eastport - we had the Harbor Room which was lovely and bright overlooking the marina. The new owners were lovely ( only been there 2 weeks) . We had lovely breakfasts cooked each morning along with fruit - they even made me gluten free blueberry muffins - which was their first attempt - there... More

My sister and I stayed at the Victorian on the Bay last fall and what a wonderful experience this was! For 3 nights, we enjoyed the comfort, relaxation, and hospitality provided by the owner and her luxurious, Victorian home. The rooms we stayed in were beautifully appointed and balanced in decor; inspiring a sense of tranquility. It was the perfect... More

This is a beautiful new-Victorian house. It has all the charm of an old house without the annoyances of one. Some of the highlights include a spacious room with a huge whirlpool bathtub a delicious homemade breakfast and a very kind and helpful staff. The room was quiet and peaceful; very cozy. The bathroom is spacious as well; I'm a... More

We had our first experience this past week at A Victorian on the Bay B&B but it won't be our last. Everything was warm, inviting, relaxing and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious and very healthy, We were asked before we arrived if we had any allergies or dietary restrictions so that the owner could decide what to prepare for our... More

The swimming pool was the highlight. The layout of room was nice but it was not fresh. Old TV, old fridge that didn't work and plastic flowers... Although it is announced as a bed and breakfast, as many reviewer said, we also only got a low quality pancake without anything on it. I asked for a boiled egg, the owner... More

Hello, My name is Kelly and I am the NEW owner of A Victorian on the Bay Bed and Breakfast. The good: well kept inn, clean, nice views of bay. Pool was clean and well-maintained, but unheated as far as we could tell. The bad: inflexible innkeeper. We spent most of our time cycling in the Hamptons and were not interested in waiting around for the relatively-late coffee and breakfast in the morning. When booking we negotiated a coffee maker... There aren't many nice places to stay around Westhampton/Quogue, and this house is quite nice. The location near the water is pretty and the restaurant across the street, Trumpets, is overpriced but fine, with a fabulous view of the water. The Victorian on the Bay has a small number of rooms, which makes it feel as if you're staying a... More

I have been coming to A Victorian On The Bay in Eastport for the past 5 years. I have never had anything but a marvelous experience. Rosemary does an incredible job of hosting, including breakfast every morning, most days outside on the porch if the weather cooperates. The Inn is located directly across the Bay from Dune Road in Westhampton... More
