From the minute we walked in, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We needed special assistance and the front desk staff seemed happy to accomodate us. Our room was large and clean and (surprise!) had a mini-fridge and microwave. The only thing we had a problem with was finding this hotel. Internet directions were not good. more
