Standard Hampton Inn quality and service - very pleasant stay all around. The gym is pretty nice and the location is pretty good. Hotels in this area (Carrier Circle/Collamer Road) are removed from downtown Syracuse, but a mere 15 minute drive to anything you need to get to. I plan on staying here in the future. more

The hotel is located among a circle of other hotels. I think I chose the worst of the lot. Hotel lobby was typical. Hallway smelled old and musty. My hotel room's furniture and decor were dated. I stayed here after a not so pleasant experience at another Syracuse hotel. The staff at the FD was nice, my room was very comfortable, and the fitness center though small had everything I needed. I was extremely disappointed with the help desk personnel completely UNWILLING to help. I run out of cash and needed to use the credit card for the cab ride to the airport (could not use ATM).
