I should have known not to stay here the minuite I walked into the lobby.....smelled musty and old. My second clue not to stay here was when the clerk called housekeeping to see if this room was ready. Yes, it was ready.....the carpet was still wet and the room smelled like pet urine. My dogs loved the smell, ugh! The... more

I stayed at this hotel in June of 2009. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly, warm welcome and it reminded me of being in my hometown. Every question I had was answered, and I felt silly calling the front desk because I thought there was a password for the internet, but the... more

I was traveling through Syracuse with my family on our way back to Canada and we were more than pleased with our night's stay at the Holiday Inn. The front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable and the room was clean and fresh. All staff member's had a smile on their face and we were greeted by each one that... more

Uncomfortable beds "Like a slab of concrete" and the sleeper sofa springs stuck you! Pool very crowded and kids jumping and diving and no one enforced rules. Front desk was not very informative, said there was complimentary breakfast when there was not on the day we stayed. Rooms and facility is older and outdated. more

Clean, friendly, etc. I like the large pool area - typical of the Holiday Inns built in the 60's and 70's. more

We stayed there with six other friends during a week-end of cross-border shopping. First, I was not impressed to be paying in excess of $200 USD for a room. My husband and I were given an interior room on the 2nd floor with a King size bed. Our room window faced the pool. The first night we were there, the... more

Please remove this review, it is based on the experience of a guest that we did speak to , the concern was the other customers at the hotel, not our hotel. we did address it and refund the money. we did offer to move the guest and they refused. thank you Bob Grimaldi

I stayed at this hotel while traveling with my daughter on my way to my sisters house and we were unable to complete our trip due to weather. We decided to pull off of the highway and stay over at the Holiday Inn. We were greeted by a friendly clerk at the desk and he was also very friendly to... more

This 5-floor, 3-star rated hotel is convenient to I-90 (NY Thruway). Previous experiences with Holiday Inns have not been great, so I should not have been surprised to find out that this location is like the others. It should be rated 2-star based on the facility, NOT 3-star. My toddler and I requested a non-smoking room on the 1st or... more

Let's start this review off with me stating that I would never choose a Holiday Inn on my own. We were there for work. This Holiday Inn has a nice, clean lobby and decent restaurant where we ate breakfast twice. The room was average, certainly nothing special. My real complaint is that when you pulled the comforters back, you could... more
