We normally stay at the Embassy Suites up the road, but tried this hotel for a change. It isn't as good as Embassy Suites and is generally more expensive. Outdoor pool was OK for summer. more

Using a Marriott certificate we booked this hotel as there were no rooms available across the street at the courtyard. We checked in, left our things in the room and went to get dinner after having been on the road for 4 hours. Upon arriving back at the room we opened the pullout for our 9 year old and it... more

This is one of the older style Residence Inns; multiple bulidings with exterior corridors. I have stayed in many Residence Inns and this is one of the poorer ones. Maintenance and housekeeping leave a lot to be desired. Many of the rooms are close to a major highway and can be noisy. The free breakfast is welcome in the morning. more

Stayed at Residence Inn on the way back from Rhode Island. We thought Residence Inn would be a good place to stay. The hotel charged $75 for our dog even though we stayed for only 1 night. It was noisy throughout the night, someone on the higher floor was walking around the whole night. Breakfast was OK. more

We stayed here for one night on our way to Oswego from Albany. The hotel is a short drive off of the Thruway. The hotel is set up in multiple small buildings with a pool and picnic area in the middle. It was pretty cold when we got there, so we didn't swim, but the pool looked nice. Our room... more

Save your money this place is not worth it. We payed about $200.00 a night to stay at this hotel and it was not worth it. The place is nothing special and if you are planning on cooking bring your own pots and pans and bakeware because all this extended stay hotel will give you is a frying pan from... more

Stayed for 3 nights in May, 2009. It's nothing special but the studio room was quiet, clean and comfortable and, seemingly, a good deal at $90 / night. more

Stayed here on a 3 month work assignment at Syracuse. Free daily breakfast was average. Service was nice. Accommodation was all right as well. This hotel is surrounded by other hotels and a few restaurants. Nothing else interesting to do here but the hotel itself was all right. more

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pull-out sofa provided enough room for 4 travelers. Two out of three TV remotes were out of batteries. Nothing extra or fancy, but had all the basics for a hotel room. more

My company has a special rate so this is where they put me. Usually the Residence Inn chain is pretty good but this one is very badly run. The most annoying part of the stay was no internet. I was in this hotel for two weeks in Oct ’08 and the internet was very slow. The first two days of... more
