Stayed for 3 nights in May, 2009. It's nothing special but the studio room was quiet, clean and comfortable and, seemingly, a good deal at $90 / night. more

Stayed here on a 3 month work assignment at Syracuse. Free daily breakfast was average. Service was nice. Accommodation was all right as well. This hotel is surrounded by other hotels and a few restaurants. Nothing else interesting to do here but the hotel itself was all right. more

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pull-out sofa provided enough room for 4 travelers. Two out of three TV remotes were out of batteries. Nothing extra or fancy, but had all the basics for a hotel room. more

My company has a special rate so this is where they put me. Usually the Residence Inn chain is pretty good but this one is very badly run. The most annoying part of the stay was no internet. I was in this hotel for two weeks in Oct ’08 and the internet was very slow. The first two days of... more

Stayed there this week end for a graduation at Syracuse University. Perfect for a large celebatory group - 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a large, comfortable living room & kitchen area with eat in counter and full sized refrigerator, stove and sink. (dishwasher and microwave ,too). We were able to stretch out and enjoy wine and cheese before dinner... more

We arrived at a busy time and were greated by a very efficient young man by the name of Chris. He was the epitome of a polished european hotel concierge. Every member of the front desk staff was helpful and cordial. All expectations of a clean hotel room, comfortable beds and quiet stay were exceeded. The fresh and bountiful breakfast... more

I have stayed at this Residence Inn on a regular basis since year 2000 and back in the old days the staff here were great but something has changed over the years. I stayed here in Nov 2007 and was surprised by how rude the staff were at the checkin /checkout however they gave me a good room so I... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night-using a certificate from Marriott for one free stay. We had stayed here previously-paying the full price-which is a bargin anyway. We had a studio on the first floor-gave us a queen bed, large bedroom with adjoining sitting room and kitchen-large space. The kitchen counters were not granit or corian but they were... more

I spent 2 nights at this Residence Inn in Syracuse and had a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. Our room was a studio suite with a queen bed and a comfortable pull out couch. There was a full bathroom and a large sink and counter area between the bed and the bathroom.... more
