Got what I paid for at $40.00. Got a good value for the price. Small room. Quiet. Older hotel. Non- smoking hotel but you could smell the smoke. Great location next to highway. A few restauarants near by. Free internet and phone calls. Breakfast is only pre-packaged bagels and muffins, juices and coffee. more

Very low rates - maybe because I stayed there on a Sunday, and prepaid several weeks in advance. There seem to be a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance, but they were all closed on Sunday. If you're looking for an inexpensive motel and aren't bothered by hard beds, this is the place for you. more

My first problem was before I even walked in the door. I had come into town with a good friend to visit my children and grandchildren. My friend and I stopped at my daughter's house first to visit with everyone. It was almost 6pm so I called the Microtel to let them know we would be there soon and to... more

I've stayed at this Microtel numerous times. The main reason is price and location. You can't beat it. Unfortunately the place has been undergoing renovations for YEARS. Sure, they've painted a few walls, but the beds and sheets are old. I would not mind paying a few more dollars for a more comfortable room. And why do they keep putting... more

This Microtel was by far the worst hotel I've ever "stayed" at. From the point of check-in it was a total disaster. There were three of us travelling, myself, my boyfriend and 3 year old daugther. When we pulled up to the hotel I thought it was nice... at least it looked that way from the outside. The lobby area... more

Very presentable from outside, check-in fast and friendly. Main hallway on first floor smelled terrible, all you could smell from one end of the hall to the other was cigarette smoke. Room was fairly clean but is very small. I have no explanation for this, but when we woke up, the recessed light fixture over the window had fallen out... more

We made a last minute reservation at this hotel. It was a deal at $55 per night, which with taxes, etc. ended up at $62, which still wasn't bad. The queen bed was comfortable, TV had HBO, wi-fi which was throughout hotel was fast and easy to hook up to. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was muffins, bagels, juice, etc.... more

I've stayed in several microtels, all very satisfactory and clean. This one was very different. The first room was obvious the sheets had not been changed. and carpet not vacuumed. The second room we were given had urine in the toilet and on the toilet seat. The 3rd room was satisfactory but note the following found in all rooms. 1.... more

Stayed one night enroute. Room rate was the lowest in the area ($40 for two adults). Property looked nice from the outside. However, room was badly outdated. Bright pink bedding was extremely tacky. Carpeting and especially window seat cushion looked very tired. Everything worked fine and room was quiet but my picky boyfriend said he would not ever stay there... more
