We chose this hotel because we could use free reward nights via Priority Club during busy Parents Weekend at Syracuse Univ. This was our first time staying at a CandleWood Suites Hotel. The desk clerk wasn't exactly personable, the room smelled like someone had just had a fish fry, the bathtub didn't look like it had been cleared very well, and to top it off they changed me $250 for a phone call I never made... For the 1 night price... more
