My daughter and I found this B&B on the Internet. We arrived and were immediately were greeted with tea, cookies and conversation. Our room was extremely comfy and beautiful. Sylvia, the owner/host was amazing, like she was family. Breakfast was also amazing as were the other guests we sat with. Want to go back!!!

Loved this place, a quiet Bed & Breakfast in the heart of Long Island's North Fork. Close to all in the wine country. Close to the towns of Greenport and Orient point. Very well appointed rooms and grounds.

I am sure that people who read reviews are skeptical that they are written by someone other than the hotel guest. I am so thrilled by my experience that I just had to write. My husband and I stayed for a long weekend at Quintessentials Bed and Breakfast and it was truly a magical experience. The house itself is idyllic,... More

I recently stayed at Quintessentials in the Brandon room, my favorite! This is by the best place to stay when I am looking for a not so far away retreat from my hectic life in the city. The Whirlpool tub SO relaxing and the room is beautifully furnished and I love the color scheme with the reds, yellows and soft... More

The stay at this Bed and Breakfast was truly a exceptional visit. The service was phenomenal. If you plan on visiting the North Fork, I highly recommend Quintessentials. Sylvia and Company will make your stay one for the record books.

My husband and I stayed at this B&B to celebrate out anniversary because they claimed to have a spa. The photos on the website are generic spa photos used for advertising. Not one of them was of the actual rooms. Now I know why. The massage room felt like a smelly utility closet. And the massage felt like someone rubing... More

Just had a 2 night stay, pleasant location but dated and tired property. The Breakfast was good but serving at 9.45 am is such a waste of time.It just was so over priced compared to other local hotels I cannot understand its high rating. The marketing ploy of " only 1 room left " accentuates the rip off. Tony. UK

My husband and I needed to get away from everyday NYC life! The most perfect place for a relaxing get away. Beautiful rooms near great restaurants and vineyards, 8 mins away from the local beach. The inn keeper Sylvia is a most gracious hostess! We can't wait to come back and enjoy a delicious breakfast out on the deck!

We had a very nice stay with Sylvia at her B&B. Great host and great food! And in such a lovely and quiet area of Long Island, but you are still within 15-30 minute walking distance to a few of the restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place!
