I had the pleasure to stay at The Hedges Inn last weekend. From the moment I entered the Inn, Ann Clarke and her staff made me feel welcomed and pampered. The Inn is located right in the middle of East Hampton village making it easy access to the charming town and beaches within walking distance. The guest rooms are all... More

Escellent inn. Beautifully decorated. Walking distance from downtown EH. Ann, the new manager, knows her trade and all the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a delicious three course menu. Very, very recommendable. More

Yes, Ann makes me feel at home. Accommodating, polite and kind the only thing better than her hospitality is the breakfast she puts in front of you. It certainly isn't diet food but it makes being away from home so special. We cannot say enough about how pleasant our experience was. We highly recommend you try the Hedges Inn and... More

Having stayed here in the past my family was always treated with respect and hospitality. I gave a family member a gift certificate that I won through a silent auction at the LViS fair. I thought it would be a nice gesture.but now I get the impression that our new inn keeper Ann needs to revisit charm school .. After... More

Inn records show that a $450 refund was given back on a 'not redeemable for cash' gift last year despite the policy. This year the rules were asked to be broken gain by putting three in to one room. While every effort is made to please and satisfy our guests we recognize that is not always possible but courtesy is... More

I had a wonderful experience at The Hedges Inn when my nephew and I needed to travel unexpectedly to East Hampton for a swimming competition. We found it to be a charming place with exceptional service. It is also perfectly situated in East Hampton being so proximate to the center of the village as well as the beach. Ann Clarke... More

We stayed at the inn over Easter weekend and found the accommodations very comfortable, but what really made our trip worthwhile was the generous time and effort Anne the innkeeper extended to us during our stay. Anne ensured we had everything we needed and prepared gourmet breakfasts and served the children hot chocolate after they splashed in the cold ocean... More

We had an incredibly small room, but such is the case with B&Bs and especially in East Hampton. Generally can't stand B&Bs but this was fine. The bathroom was small but perfectly appointed and very nice. The price was high but again - when in East Hampton. There aren't so many options and this location is really fantastic (note: NOT... We were told if we arrived after 8:30 p.m. the key would be under the door. With those instructions, my expectations were not grand. Upon arrival, we carried our bags up three flights of steps and opened the door to an attic room with slanted ceilings. It was so small we could only get in on one side of the... More

We stayed at the Hedges Inn for 3 nights in May, in a Medium Queen Room. It is a delightful B&B which we would highly recommend. The staff, and in particular Doreen and RoseMarie, were lovely and very helpful and had some good recommendations of places to visit, and local restaurants at which to eat. Although the weather was foggy... More
