We live close to the Roycroft and have always heard great things, especially about the restaurant, and the campus in general. We decided to stay for the night... unfortunately a rainy, cold night, but this is WNY! It's a fascinating timepiece... they have done a great job explaining what a Roycrofter is, and why the place exists just by preserving... More

absolutely loved this Inn. Arts and Crafts style and surroundings plus a lot of history. The Inn Keeper and her staff were helpful and very interested in meeting our needs. We had a delicious dinner in the old family library with a roaring warm fire. breakfast was in the summer style sunlight room. The rooms were cozy, to sit, read... More

We had been meaning to do a get-away stay here ever since the Inn was renovated/restored in 1994. We're glad we finally did so. Our jacuzzi suite on the third floor was very spacious and had every amenity we could need. Apart from having somewhat dim lighting - really a part of the period ambiance - it was more than... More

Really interesting place full of arts and crafts items, endless interesting things to look at. The restaurant supper wait staff we're amazing - always there without ever being intrusive. My steak was seriously good. My partners fish a touch dry. The appetizer I had (stuffed pepper ) was different and delicious. The two wines I tried really nice. I've paid... More

Who ever heard of East Aurora NY, I thought, as I was wondering whether to buy a heavily discounted coupon for the Roycroft Inn. It turned out to be one of my best-ever travel decisions. In fact, it turned out to be one of my happiest stays anywhere. The town itself is quite enchanting and, for someone who appreciates Arts... More

This was our second visit to the Roycroft and this time we brought 2 other couples along. It was a weekend trip which included an in depth tour of the Darwin Martin House Complex. We were totally immersed in the whole Arts and Crafts/Frank Lloyd Wright style so this was the perfect setting. This is not a big chain hotel... More

This is our third stay at the Roycroft Inn. We have been here twice for our anniversary and just love it! The Inn is a great tribute to the Roycroft Movement founder Elbert Hubbard. We stayed in a four room suite beautifully decorated in the Arts and Craft style featuring Stickly furniture. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed an... More

We're stayed at the Roycroft a dozen or so times since the 1995 renovation. What a wonderful place it is. It's not a huge inn, and it has some fantastic common areas. The location is great and there are lots of things to do and see well within walking distance (Copper Shop, Main Street shops, tree-lined streets to stroll, etc.).... More

We have stayed many times here and found the charm, some quirks and some issues along the way. But, this time our stay was nice. We tried a room in the guest house and it served us well. The rooms in the main inn are much larger and have a bit more charm and architectural interest, but the rooms in... More

Not quite as charming as I had hoped. Lots of Stickley and Roycroft furniture but the place had some issues: The entire placed creaked with every step. OK for a while but you feel self conscious if you have to move around your room. You can also hear when folks are also up and about. Especially in the middle of... More
