Typically I love Hampton Inn's because they are a three star hotel at two star prices, plus they often, like East Aurora NY and Ephrata PA, are located in interesting small towns instead of by an Interstate interchange. So I am very disappointed to have to report that I had two large diesel tour buses running for an hour right... more

What a wonderful hotel. Walking distance to all the downtown shops of delightful East Aurora; a gorgeous library; a very nice pool; a fitness center with strength AND cardio equipment; and a lobby worthy of an old-line hotel. I just loved this Hampton Inn -- it makes the town a destination! more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn while attending a wedding at the near by Roy Croft Inn. The bride had arranged group pricing, which made the room very resonable. Our room was clean, modern and extremely comfortable, the kingsized bed had a feather mattress pad and comforter that felt so luxious. The lobby had lovely oversized chairs with a fireplace,... more

The last time I had such incredible customer service in a hotel was at a Four Seasons! The staff here is SO friendly! Many of the staff are quite young --- the woman who checked us in looked barely 18 but she was so professional and friendly. The cleaning staff was exactly the same. Lots of "good morning"s and "how... more

Big fan of the Hampton Inn chain and this one didn't let me down. It's located on a quiet street in a really quiet and quaint town about 20 mins outside of Buffalo. It didn't look like anywhere else in the Buffalo area I had seen, almost as if we'd been transported to small-town Vermont or something. Easy walk down... more

We stayed here overnight for a wedding at the Old Orchard Inn, and we were surprised at how pleasant this Hampton Inn was. There was coffee in the lobby at all times (a big plus for me), the staff was pleasant, our room was very comfortable and clean. We got the jacuzzi suite (unknowingly), which also came with a fireplace.... more

We are fans of Hampton Inns because they are always clean, serve a nice continental breakfast & the rooms are spacious. This was no exception and the location was a great little town with lots of history. The girl at the front desk was very nice & informative about the area, where to eat & giving directions. We upgraded our... more

Just a one night business stay. Staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out, very helpful with finding a nearby place to eat. The single bed room was clean and quiet. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! Had a problem getting on the internet initially, but their tech support (out-sourced to Poland) was... more

This inn was nicer than I was expecting. Very clean and fresh. Exterior architecture has been carefully designed to fit into historic downtown East Aurora -- this is not your standard block highrise Hampton Inn by the expressway. Amy at the front desk was professional, pleasant and helpful. I used the business center computer, at no charge, to do some... more
