We traveled to East Aurora NY at the end of September 2009 for a family wedding. My husband, myself and 2 girls (3 and 18 mos) needed a suite-style hotel with kitchenette. When we arrived we found the pack-n-play already set up for our little one, even with an extra blanket. And the king-sized bed was SO comfortable for us.... more

My husband and I grew up in East Aurora, my parents are no longer alive and hubby's dad died and mom is now in a nursing home in EA. We go up to the WNY area at least once a year and stay at my sister's in Amherst. This particular trip, we decided to stay in EA because of my... more

Since the "diesel bus" experience in my last review, we have stayed at the East Aurora Hampton Inn for two days each or two separate occasions. Each stay has been without problem, and this Hampton, in addition to being located in very pleasant East Aurora with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance, has the best amenities of any of... more

What a wonderful hotel. Walking distance to all the downtown shops of delightful East Aurora; a gorgeous library; a very nice pool; a fitness center with strength AND cardio equipment; and a lobby worthy of an old-line hotel. I just loved this Hampton Inn -- it makes the town a destination! more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn while attending a wedding at the near by Roy Croft Inn. The bride had arranged group pricing, which made the room very resonable. Our room was clean, modern and extremely comfortable, the kingsized bed had a feather mattress pad and comforter that felt so luxious. The lobby had lovely oversized chairs with a fireplace,... more

The last time I had such incredible customer service in a hotel was at a Four Seasons! The staff here is SO friendly! Many of the staff are quite young --- the woman who checked us in looked barely 18 but she was so professional and friendly. The cleaning staff was exactly the same. Lots of "good morning"s and "how... more

Big fan of the Hampton Inn chain and this one didn't let me down. It's located on a quiet street in a really quiet and quaint town about 20 mins outside of Buffalo. It didn't look like anywhere else in the Buffalo area I had seen, almost as if we'd been transported to small-town Vermont or something. Easy walk down... more

We stayed here overnight for a wedding at the Old Orchard Inn, and we were surprised at how pleasant this Hampton Inn was. There was coffee in the lobby at all times (a big plus for me), the staff was pleasant, our room was very comfortable and clean. We got the jacuzzi suite (unknowingly), which also came with a fireplace.... more

We are fans of Hampton Inns because they are always clean, serve a nice continental breakfast & the rooms are spacious. This was no exception and the location was a great little town with lots of history. The girl at the front desk was very nice & informative about the area, where to eat & giving directions. We upgraded our... more
