Our trip was completely spur of the minute Labor Day getaway.... I mostly try to stay with Comfort Inn because of its accomodations and up to date rooms. This hotel is the perfect example why; we checked in after 1am, I was immediately greeted by a professional young lady at the front desk with a smile and a friendly check-in.... More

Updated and renovated rooms. They are pet friendly but you wouldn't know because the rooms are well kept and very quiet. Sauna is a nice addition. It's a convenient location because its right off the I-90. However, poor choices of restaurants around. There's a big walmart around the corner. Dunkin donuts and tim hortons are a walk across the street.... More

Went with a group of friends for a one night stay! The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, beds and pillows comfortable and the breakfast was AWESOME! I agree with the previous review that the price was a little higher then I would have expected for the area, but we did not have to pay to go out the breakfast... More

Recently, a friend and I traveled to the area on the weekend, and upon arriving decided to stay overnight. We stopped here and was told the rate for the night was $250. Thankfully, before leaving for the trip I happened to check on the computer what the going rates were for the area...$130. So, we went across the street to... More

The Comfort Inn Dunkirk is expensive - we paid about $150 on a recent Friday night. I suspect the lack of decent options in the area that are close to the Interstate are one of the reasons for this. However, our one night experience was a good one and I would recommend the property to anyone traveling through. We checked... More

Just spent a night in this facility and felt compelled to write a review. Although the room was ample sized, it had an old, musty smell and feel to it. The vanity sink was plugged and needed repair. I expected much more from a 3-star rated hotel. If I had paid half the rate I did, I wouldn't complain but... More

This is a good hotel to stay at. The room was very comfortable and for the most part clean except for a little dust. The breakfast was very good and had a wide assortment of products to choose. Now for the bad. No elevator! It was a pain going through the halls to find the stairwell and having to go... More

The hotel is over priced for its location. The rooms were clean and average size. The dining area was the only thing that was better than others. They offered cookies and coffee/tea/hot chocolate as some others do, but they also said we could eat any of the yogurt and cereal that was available.

Check in was easy and the lady at the front was very pleasant to work with. We requested a roll away bed over the phone and it was in the room when we got there. Property is monitored by cameras and restaurants are in the area.
