Our family is traveling through and stayed overnight! Great option! Awesome breakfast! Highly recommend it! Very accommodating and accessible if you are traveling through. Clean, clean, clean! Newly renovated. It has a great feel! No elevator but that's not a a problem.

We were traveling west from Massachusetts to Colorado. Dunkirk, NY was 450 miles and we were tired. This hotel was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff helpful. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again. Used AAA for discount.

Although Choice Hotels typically are not my ideal option when traveling for business, I found this property to be extremely satisfying. There are few properties to choose from in the area but I decided on this Comfort Inn based on location. What surprised me most was that despite the horrendous color of the exterior (why this tone of yellow is... More

This hotel is what I expected - basic . They wouldn't give me a regular room made me stay in a disabled room because " that's what the deal was " yet looking online they weren't at full capacity with regular rooms for less money. Room was clean but bathroom smelled moldy as the grout in the tub was visibly... More

Very tired form driving from New England so we stopped here for the night we paid 116.00 dollars for 40 dollar room at best. The hotel halls and our room smelled really bad. The bathroom seemed cleaned except for the light switch it was filthy with coffee stains (I hope) I cleaned it with soap and a wash cloth to... More

This was a very nice hotel and easily accessible from the highway. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. The shower was nice, though after about 5 minutes it started making a humming noise of sorts. As others have mentioned there is no elevator. That didn't bother us, but may be an issue for some. We... We stayed at this Comfort Inn cuz we had gotten excellent service from other Comfort Inns. The room was clean and modern looking with plenty of towels. The breakfast was a disaster when we got there at 9. There were no eggs or sausage left, and all the trash cans were overflowing. We noticed more people were coming down and... More

It's nicely renovated and fairly clean. A couple notes: Pros: Breakfast is above average for Comfort Inn Chain. Renovated rooms are comfortable Grounds are well maintained Cons: No elevator to the second floor - you're screwed if you're handicapped or have a ton of luggage While renovated, they didn't replace the doors to the rooms Our room was not fully... We stopped through...didn't check in until 1:30am and left around 8am so it was a short stop. The room was nice and clean...it's somewhat outdated but really only in decoration. The halls smell funky...I think we were close to the smoking rooms, but our room was ok. The room we were in was normally $169 but we got it for... More

Have to say the one thing Comfort Inns have gotten right is the beds. They are floating clouds with extremely clean, white bedding, crisp and comfy. This repeated itself here (the other was in Mystic, CT). If only the desk clerk had received some training on greeting people. She was abrupt and sullen, more interested in flirting with some maintenance... More
