Stayed one night while on a road trip. Hotel had a nice breakfast. Good variety. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. At this price I would have expected more. Nothing special. Staff was not rude, but not overly friendly either. I don't think we saw a single smile on our stay. Major disappointment... More

We decided to stay here due to necessity rather than choice. It must have been peak season because the discount rates were just a few dollars off of the regular rates. Our first room reeked of old cigarette smoke even though it was listed as non-smoking. Our next room was fine. The whole place was clean but the looks like... More

We were in a road trip through central & western PA, Corning and Niagara Falls, NY, and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. I guess because of the location the price was out of the range of what we anticipated. The accommodations were just okay. Staff was not friendly. Free continental breakfast was not worth even waiting... More

Price was similar to others in area. Could feel the springs in the mattress so it was difficult to sleep. For breakfast service, have seen better & worse. Not the greatest quality (and only offered sugar-free syrup), no flavored creamer for coffee, but do enjoy the make your own waffles. Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. We had a bad TV remote and slow draining bathroom sink, but all were fixed within 15 minutes of a service call. The hotel is close to many attractions we were going to. The rom and breakfast were very good. We would recommend this hotel to others staying in the... More

What a wonderful review for everyone to see! We strive very hard, everyday, to make sure all of our guests leave with the same satisfaction as you have. It is great to see that all of the staff's efforts have not gone unnoticed! I'm sorry to see you had a couple of issues in the room, but I'm even happier... More

Spent a night between exploring Ellicottville and Zoar Valley. Clean, comfortable. Nice pool. Hot tub too hot. Comfy bed. Hotel is tucked away behind a restaurant, so entrance can be tough to find initially.

Very over priced marginal motel with rude employees and just passable breakfast. There were no healthy breakfast options unless you count a few pieces of fruit passed their prime and one choice of yogurt and it had artificial sweetener. The queen beds turned out to be full size beds.

The air conditioning system was not effective. The room was over heated when we arrived and the system was not able to cool it to a comfortable level over night. Sleeping was difficult. I thought that the A/C system would cool things but it did not. The room was still at 77 degrees in the morning.

Thank you for staying with us, and posting your reivew. I am actually happy to see this response come about, as there are a few of our guests who may have had this same issue. With the convenience of having a thermostat controlling the temperature of the guest room, may invite some complexities. There are actually 3 different ways to... More

We stayed in this hotel on our way to Niagara Falls for our family vacation. Every motel for hundreds of miles was sold out due to the Rolling Stones concert. We pulled in and were able to find a room at this Best Western. We got to our room which smelled terrible and could tell that the motel was not... More

Thank you for staying with us and posting your review. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience of the barking dog in the hotel. I was very disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed at Best Westerns before and never experienced this type of problem. The beds were the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept in. The room was not clean (eg. the floors not vacuumed and the sink and toilet not clean)The room amenities were lacking. Thank goodness I brought my own!... More
