We couldn't have been more comfortable during our stay at the Pearl of Seneca Lake. Peter and Mary go out of their way to make you feel at home- from the delicious breakfasts to the advice about the local hangouts. The view of the lake was spectacular and the location was ideal for wine tasting, visiting Watkins Glen, the Corning... More

This was simply the nicest place to have stayed during our visit to Watkins Glen for the Glenora Vintage Race weekend. What wonderful hospitality and fantastic breakfasts we enjoyed from the proprietors. Right beside Seneca Lake, the view was beautiful. The proprietors certainly have thought of everything to make your stay amazing including the use of a canoe on the... More

The Peart Of Seneca Lake has scenic views, wonderful hospitality and absolutely decadent breakfasts with Peter & Mary that should be on everyone's list of gems to experience. The extremely comfortable beds were also amazing.

Don't even hesitate to go here. It is an immaculate, warm and comfortable place. Wonderful proprietors, excellent fresh made breakfast with great ingredients. The surroundings make you want to stay longer. If I could give it a 6, I would. We will definately return here.

Our third time here, but the first summer stay. We asked departing guests what was the most fun thing they did while staying in the area. Their reply 'Absolutely nothing' We did a lot to fill our four day trip, but truly the best part was lazing on the lake in the BnB provided canoe. Huge Thanks to Peter and... More

What makes the Pearl stand out is the hospitality of its owners, Peter and Mary, and the breakfast feast that comes with the bill. It is difficult to think of any place I have vacationed that match either of these two facets. Beyond this, the place is very large, clean, and new. We stayed in the wintertime, I can only... More

The Pearl of Seneca Lake is truly a hidden treasure in the Finger Lakes. I actually meant to write this review months ago when we stayed there over the summer and a recent email Christmas card from Peter and Mary reminded me about how great they and the Pearl are. As the Christmas card implies, Peter and Mary make you... More

This year our annual long weekend trip to the Finger Lake took us to The Pearl of Seneca Lake B&B. Not our usual antique-filled "Painted Lady" with lovely creaky floors and pictures of Great, Great, Great Grandpa John watching over you at breakfast (which we love, by the way); instead a delightfully modern, immaculate, bright, charming lake-hugging home away from... So often you will return somewhere only to find your memories are better than the experience. That is never the case at the Pearl of Seneca Lake. Upon arrival we are greeted with hugs and smiles and questions about our year. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the breakfast table conversation interesting and the food, well that is amazing.... More

We stayed three nights with Peter & Mary at Pearl of Seneca Lake. The B&B is in a wonderful location, with a staircase to heaven (downwards) to the jetty on the lake. It is difficult to know what to say. The entire house is furnished with beautiful Mennonite furniture, and the rooms are designed with B&B in mind, so access... More
