This place is great to just unwind with a nice glass of wine and relax. The rooms are beautiful and welcoming, and the balcony overlooking the lake is the perfect place to just sit and not think about anything. The sunrise over the lake is breathtaking. It's far enough to be private, but close enough to other wineries and to... More

Just got home from a 2 night stay. Our room was very nice on the upper level with a balcony overlooking Seneca Lake and vineyard. Our room was very nice with 2 beds, comfortable chair and large table. The balcony had 2 Adirondack chairs and a table. The view is gorgeous and it was very quiet during our stay. Highly... More

We (wife and I) have stayed at Glenora several times over the years and the experience is always good. The only criticism I would give is that the restaurant is trying too hard to be chic and sacrifices for the sake of innovation. We found it ridiculous that breakfast tea costs $4 in the restaurant and is free in the... More

Extremely creative menu, with combinations that I would not have imagined. No surprise when you see that the executive chef, sous chef & pastry chef are all CIA graduates. Several Vegan dishes. Farm to table approach that routinely features a local farm. The view is beautiful over the lake. Servers were very attentive and knowledgable. Even had 2 glasses of... More

The location of this hotel offers one of the nicest three-tiered views of a vineyard, Senaca Lake and farmlands. The winery has standard tasting and the complimentary bottle of wine was very good.. The restaurant is pricey and offers the same nice view. Other than that, nothing extraordinary. 2 queen beds with a small TV, a broom closet for a... More

We were greeted by a cheerful staff member at check-in, a nice sized room, with a complimentary bottle of wine awaited us . . . could it get any better ? We had a Vintner Select room, with a two person whirlpool tube and fire place, a comfy king-sized bed and a 2nd floor balcony to enjoy the views of... More

We had the wine and dine package which included a night in a beautiful room with a fireplace, a little patio overlooking the lake, a jacuzzi and a king sized bed. The package also included a wine and cheese sampler, which was very good. There were also various coupons for free tastings and such, and the best inclusion was a... More

This is a great place to stay for adults. Great view, friendly staff, clean room, big bathroom. My only complaint is that our room is on the first floor, which means we have to keep the drapes closed if we want any privacy, but then we can take in the view.

They managed to pick out the most picturesque overlook of Seneca Lake and vineyards. Proximity to the wine trail and Watkins Glen. Fine dining in the hotel restaurant and very pleasant staff. We stayed three nights and enjoyed sitting on the back private patio, sipping the days vino and watching the world go by.

This was our second time visiting the inn. The location is great. The inn itself is quaint. The rooms are a nice size. The welcome drink, free bottle and free wine tastings are a wonderful bonus. Only thing we would change is to add an awning over the balcony in the room. When it's warm but raining you are stuck... More
