Lorry and her husband were wonderful hosts for my girlfriend and I. We came in from Manhattan searching for a quiet and relaxing get away and that's exactly what we got. Their house is absolutely beautiful and sits on a pristine piece of land, well-lit as you approach, and the gravel driveway reminiscent of an older long island but still... More

Decided it was time to explore the North Fork Vineyards as it has been some years since I have visited the area. The reviews of the Blue Iris resonated and I was fortunate that there had been a cancellation that weekend. The Blue Iris is a beautiful house. The hosts Lorry and Jerry could not be more accomodating. The breakfast... More

We had a great experience at the Blue Iris over MLK weekend. Lorry and Jerry were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The B&B is walking distance to at least 6 wineries in the area. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and cozy. I would definitely return.

Stayed at Blue Iris for our wedding. The grounds themselves are beautiful, and the place is something of a hidden gem. The rooms are very nicely sized, and the owners could not, in any way, have been nicer to us. It is convenient to the vineyards and really a wonderful place to stay out on the North Fork.

Our second visit to the Blue Iris Bed and Breakfast was as exceptional as our first. Jerry and Lorry are the best hosts. The house is warm and inviting. The grounds are breathtakingly manicured. The breakfasts are sumptuous. Close to vineyards and many quaint communities. Looking forward to our third visit!

My wife and I just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and stayed the weekend at the Blue Iris B&B. We had an amazing time - Lorry and Jerry are incredible hosts and made us extremely comfortable. The home is gorgeous and the grounds are breathtaking. We had a delicious dinner at the Northfork Inn and enjoyed the area to its... More

Why stay in a hotel/motel when you can stay comfortably in someone's awesome home, like the Blue Iris B&B on the North Fork of LI, dead in the center of Wine Country. Rooms are very large, excellently appointed, and very comfortable. The views out the windows to the manicured grounds surrounding the home are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Just returned back from a wonderful stay at Blue Iris. Once we pulled up to the property we knew we were going to be in good hands. The large, beautiful house sits on a gorgeous couple of acres with meticulous grounds. Inside, the house was spotless and very nicely furnished Lori and Jerry proved to be excellent hosts. Friendly, knowledgeable... More

A very lovely home with exquisite grounds and two hosts that couldn't be more accommodating or caring. We had a wedding to attend and needed a place to stay for the week-end. The Blue Iris was a quiet place to come back to and all the details that Lorry and Jerry have put into their establishment make it feel as... More

I have never been to a bed and breakfast before so I really have nothing to compare it to.But I can say that I am spoiled and don't think that any bed or breakfast can compare or even come to how wonderful the Blue Iris is!!!! To start with the home is absolutely beautiful ,spotless,beautifully... More
