My wife and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary with a weekend at The Cromwell Manor and a motorcycle tour of the Hudson River Valley. I chose the Cromwell for its 5-star rating across over 100 reviews, the accolades posted on the website, it's location, and what really made the choice a definate was the professionalism and swift responses to... more

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Cromwell Manor this past weekend. We have stayed at many b&bs and this one was great! The room we chose (Saffron) was one of the smaller rooms but was cozy and had everything we needed. I was impressed with the little "extras" that were provided. In addition to your... more

My partner and I were seeking a quiet weekend away from our 21 month old son. We were both desperate for a night of sleep, yet desperately missing our boy. We found a perfect balance of serenity and conversation at Cromwell Manor. We had the Derby Suite on the second floor which was so quiet we heard not a sound... more

We had a wonderful stay at The Cromwell. Jack greeted us with fresh baked cookies and immediately put us at ease. It was our first B & B experience. He heped us make dinner reservations in a terrific local restaurant for our first evening and had plenty of information available on things to do and see. Next door to the... more

The warm & friendly hospitality of the innkeepers, Bette and Merle, as well as Cromwell's owner, Jack, will definitely make us want to return again and again. The breakfasts are delicious and we also loved the homemade chocolate... more

Fourteen of us gathered at the Cromwell Manor Inn to spend New Year's Eve together this year. Everything was perfect. The rooms were very nicely appointed with antiques and comfortable beds. Everyone had a private bath. The innkeepers were very accomodating to our requests. Some rooms had fireplaces and flat screen tvs. We all gathered in the living room, lit the... more

The Cromwell Manor Inn is a charming, historic, and conveniently located inn. Bette and Merle are terrific innkeepers -- they made us feel warmly welcome and were very helpful providing directions and recommendations for dinner and local activities throughout the Hudson River Valley -- wine tasting, dining, and hiking. The grounds were well-groomed and our tastefully decorated room was large... more

My husband and I first stayed at Cromwell Manor Inn last year after our wedding. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to spend the first few days of our honeymoon. The room was romantic, warm and inviting with all the little touches that make one feel pampered and spoiled. There was soft classical music playing as we entered... more

The Cromwell is our home away from home while visiting our son at West Point. It's location is perfect. Ten minutes from the Stony Lonesome gate. Two minutes from Cornwall and some great restaurants. Fifteen minutes from the Newburgh airport. A great B & B, awesome breakfasts and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Great rooms, with lots of options.... more
