We just returned from a special night at the Rosewood Inn in Corning, NY. Located just three blocks from the downtown area (filled with charming restaurants and shops), the Rosewood Inn excudes the feeling of being in one's own home-thanks to the warmth and care of the owners, Suzanne and Stewart. Each room is filled with beautiful antiques, drinking limonade... More

It was a pleasure staying in this very clean and charming Victorian B&B. You feel like you have been transported to another era, but with all the conveniences. I stayed in the Alice & Wonderland room and it was perfect--nicely decorated, ample places to hang/put away clothes. The bathroom is small but has a claw foot tub and good-sized shower... More

On the weekend of January 5, 2013, we met friends from Massachusetts at the Rosewood Inn. We travelled from Ohio. Honestly, the Inn and its Keeper were at the top of our travel experiences. The Inn is Victorian, to say the least. It is an 1855 historic home. The sitting room has a lovely fireplace. Our room, I believe it... More

Suzanne was MADE to be an innkeeper :) We arrived fairly early, just a few minutes after check i time, and she was ready with a smile on her face & cookies & lemonade. Gave us a great tour of the house & then let us have some time to unwind. When we came downstairs about thirty minutes later, she... More

We arrived and Suzanne said, "Welcome Home." She had lemonade and chocolate chip cookies on the porch for us. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed reading in the "parlor." Also, the walk into Corning was delightful. We would not hesitate to recommend this inn to our friends. Very enjoyable and quiet!

Warmly greeted by Suzanne. Lemonade and cookies on the screened in porch awaited us. House was beautiful and clean. Room was comfortable. Canopy bed was very comfortable. Big claw foot tub was lovely to bathe in. Breakfast was excellent: omelets and home made muffins. Wireless was fast too! No complaints. Would enjoy coming back again.

This was our second stay at the Rosewood Inn. While our room was quite comfortable (which at their prices should be expected), I suppose our primary complaint was the breakfast. There were too many empty calories & too much sugar in the pasteries. Because we had to leave before breakfast the day we checked, we asked for a "take out"... More

The rooms are very clean, quiet, comfortable beds and lots of linen. Our room had a separate, small sitting room, a full bathroom with a sink area which was most convenient. The innkeeper was cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Free parking.Located within walking distance of a good selection of restaurants and a short drive or bus ride to... More

Recently we stayed at the Rosewood Inn in Corning. The location is excellent--close to the glass museum and not far from restaurants. The style is very Victorian---I love Victorian, but found this a bit much. Beds were excellent. Breakfast was French toast and it was very good---but only 1 slice per person and I think some people might have liked... More

We recently spent two nights in the Parlor Suite at the Rosewood Inn, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The suite has a private first floor entrance, so it is very quiet and private, with only a few steps up to the entrance (no winding staircase to navigate as in some old B&B's). It has a small front room... More
