I agree with the posted reviews about the cell phone service and spotty WiFi. I was able to get Verizon service by driving out the entrance road almost to the main highway (very inconvenient). When I called to make a reservation, I was told that site 107 was a popular site. And it was a nice site, pull through, level,... More

Located about 20 minutes outside of Corning, NY this campground leaves much to be desired for the tech-savvy traveller. We arrived here for a one-night stay while I addressed some business that I had to take care of (Ahem, local state troopers handing out undeserved speeding tickets to out-of-state drivers like candy in this area… you warned. I was not.)... More

Was not impressed with the Ferenbaugh Campground. The restrooms on the hill side were dirty, trash not emptied, dead bugs in the sink, and on the sloping floor. I did go down to the bathhouse by the office to shower as the one near our campsite was disgusting. No wifi service, the pool was beautiful and open, but the water... More

We only were there two nights. The office staff was good. They supposedly have wi-fi but, like most campgrounds and many motels, the server is down and the staff has no clue how to reboot it. Also, cable TV is available at a modest upcharge but not operative. We got our cable charge back. It's a shame the local providers... More

We stayed one night in May of '14. Our sight was actually not bad, a flat pull through along the creek before you went winding up the wooded hilly road to the rest of the campsites. The problem is, at least for this post-Memorial Day weekend, the noise was horrific. There was one large campsite that played the radio loudly... More

Stayed one night at Ferenbaugh. The manager was very friendly and gave us a large group tent site (even though there were just two of us). The campground has a pool, a fishing stream, clean restrooms and is in a quiet and secluded valley.

We stayed over laborday weekend.so it should be fun right? Wrong. The place was not much fun. The golf corse was full of bees and the playgrounds need work or more of them. The activities are always late and run by the owners kids. The pool was nice tho. The price was right, but you get what you pay for... More

This campground is set on the side of a mountain with nicely wooded, fairly private sites. It also has an open section out front for full hookups that has pull through sites for really big campers. Whatever type of site you want, they probably have it. Nice swimming pool, decent store, tolerable game room, fishing pond, playgrounds, and a fair... More

Handy for visiting Corning glass museum. Especially if you intend making your own glass ornament as you need to leave overnight. Campground very pretty. Pool area good. Well stocked camp shop with some nice souvenirs. Friendly owners. Yes it was busy with some rather loud guests and noise went on we'll after quiet hours. But, the site itself is lovely.

The campground itself was average. It was clean and had some nice amenities such as a swimming pool, fishing pond. The bath houses were relatively clean and well stocked. We opted to leave early due to the weather/rain and our girls getting eat up with mosquitoes (which is par for the course with camping). They did not give us a... More
