Last night of our trip from Phoenix to CT. Room had a musty/moldy smell. Was not as clean as it should have been. Would definitely not stay here again. Breakfast was poor. Tiny coffee cups and not much to choose from.

We stayed at this Econolodge when we were attending a concert at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center and chose it because of its proximity to this venue. The bonus for us was that they offer a shuttle service to the concerts at Darien Lake for $10/person each way. The room was adequate and had a small fridge. A continental... More

Stayed one night 12/12/13 during a snow storm. Got off the NYS Thruway looking for refuge from the storm and found the Econo Lodge. What a mistake. Would have been better off in the car stuck in a snow drift. The first room was freezing, barely any heat, blowing cold air. Waited at least two hours for it to warm... More

Dear Mr. and Mrs. T: At our hotel, the manager reviews each comment or complaint. During a snowstorm on December 12, 2013, you checked into room #1. Your party contacted the front desk and said that the heater was not warming the room. There were no other rooms available at that time except the seasonal rooms that are closed during... More

Stayed here 2 separate days. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of truck parking. 2 restaurants at truck stops across the street and a subway next door. Continental breakfast was typical. Definitely will stay here if in area. And would recommend to a friend,

Stayed here last weekend for the Goo Goo Dolls' big hometown show at Darien Lake. The staff was excellent and the room was just fine! The guy who runs the concert shuttle is great too, although he's independent and not a member of the Econo Lodge staff. Also, $107 a night is a fair and merciful price for one night... More

Stayed for a concert at Darien lake and was abit more impressed than I expected. Upon arrival was kind of scared by outside grounds but after going in room, not that bad, it is a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathrooms were nice and clean and was closest hotel to Darien lake theme park. No pool... More

I am confused with the latest reviews. That was not my experience. It certainly not a high end Hilton but as an Econo Lodge it is very nice. One of the better ones. It was convenient. Room was comfortable and clean. I did laundry and the washer/drier worked great. Breakfast was fine. Better than most continental breakfast. No Pool. Great... More

WE stayed for the Tim McGraw/ Brantley Gilbert concert this past Memorial Day weekend (Sun-Mon). We assumed there would be noise from the guests due to a concert/ drinking/ partying and that wasn't the case at all! My only cmplaints are we were on the 2nd floor right next to a METAL staircase. We were back in room at midnight... More

I know this hotel is dated, however room semi-clean, laminate on desk falling apart. Worst of all was fire alarm going off multiple times from 12-200am (per front desk this was by people staying at hotel) then fire alarm going off again at 6am, along with the discovery of brown mucky water (?) in the toilet and noise from plumbing...
