We stayed at the Inn at Cooperstown for the Bed and Brew Package in Oct of 2009. I had gotten my fiance the package as a 30th birthday present. I couldn't have selected anything better. The entire weekend was perfect. The owner of the Inn is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely excited about having you stay at his B&B. The... more

Quaint, CLEAN, Friendly and just a wonderful B&B to stay at if you're looking for a place to slow down, relax and smell the fall foilage..... Beautiful interior in rooms (took a peek at some others as they were being cleaned) as well as the entire inn. Wonderful Breakfasts. Innkeepers Marc & Sherrie are very welcoming, friendly people and have... more

The Inn is within walking distance of the Hall of Fame and all of the better restaurants in town so you can't go wrong there. It was raining when we were there so all the more convenient. Having said that, the Inn is old (historical to some). That translates to small rooms and no elevators. Our room was on the... more

Genital elegance without pretentiousness best describes this place. The rooms were clean but small as would be expected in a 130-year-old building. Everything was newly renovated however with plenty of hot water in the shower, our room had no tub. Breakfast was continental with quiche, homemade bread, hot muffins, organic yogurt and plenty of hot coffee. Lemonade and tea on... more

Nice small hotel centrally located in Cooperstown. Comfortable beds, clean & modern bathroom. Small lounge with TV, hot drinks machine & games. Breakfast of fresh fruit, quiche, breads and home made muffins each day. Didnt know of Cooperstown baseball connection until we got there. Many shops selling baseball memorabilia, not a lot else. Not terribly impressed with restaurants in the... more

During a road trip through New York, a friend and I, both baseball fans, planned a short stop over in Cooperstown. Having visited before, I well knew that parking is at a premium in Cooperstown during the summer months and the best bet is to stay within walking distance of the HOF. Through some research, we found the Inn at... more

My husband and two children 8 and 10 visited Cooperstown for two nights and had a lovely stay at the Inn. Marc and staff were very friendly and the entire Inn was spotless. We were initially concerned about bringing children, but the common game/ tv roomwas enough to keep them occupied when we were at the Inn. Location was excellent... more

Stayed at the Inn at Cooperstown. People were very nice. Room a little small, but for the price I was atleast expecting a t.v. in the room. It rained one night and really could't do much. A few people sitting in the lounge ( strangers) with one t.v. not so great. It was very clean. more

Thanks so much for the compliments on The Inn at Cooperstown. The inn’s beautiful structure was built in 1874. The renovations over the years have been significant yet careful as to preserve the historical significance. Because of the nature of the structure we have not been able to run the cabling necessary to place a television in every guest room....

The accomodations were superior and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. It doesn't hurt that Cooperstown is such a special place to visit, but a stay at The Inn can only enhance your visit. more

While we have stayed at the Inn many times both for the induction weekend and just while passing through, we have never written a well overdue review. There is so much to say it is hard to decide where to start. When you arrive at 16 Chestnut Street in downtown Cooperstown probably the first thing that strikes you is the... more
