My husband and I wanted to check out the Ommegang brewery and this provided the perfect opportunity. Despite the winter weather, the Inn was very picturesque in the snow, cozy and warm, and well-equipped for the conditions. The Bed & Brew weekend also coincided with the Cooperstown Winter Carnival, providing a festive and activity filled backdrop to the weekend. Our... More

We've been to Cooperstown many times to visit our son, a brewer at Brewery Ommegang. We decided to go first class this visit, and stayed at the Inn as part of their Bed & Brew package. Very glad we did. The ~140-year old building is in excellent condition, and meticulously maintained. Mrs. F is VERY picky about hotel conditions, and... More

We attended the Bed and Brew package and had a great time. The gentleman at the front desk, Luke, was extremely helpful at check in and whenever we had questions. Upon arrival there was a Jeroboam of Ommegang's Witte waiting in the room signed by Phil Leinhart with glassware specific to the beer. The rooms are beautiful, and well kept.... More

I recently stayed at the Inn for my boyfriends birthday during their Beer & Brew which includes a beer and dinner pairing at the Ommegang brewery. The hotel is simply charming and the hosts were very helpful in guiding us through the winter carnival activities which included a chili, wing and dessert contest. Most importantly my boyfriend enjoyed the trip... More

This is a charming and comfortable Inn, in a central location. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. (Sue cheerfully supplied us with a bucket of fresh ice). The public spaces are comfortable, though a little small if the Inn is busy. Our guest room was sparkling clean, with a very comfortable bed, and a very user friendly bath... More

Stayed 2 nights in January 2015 having gifted the Custom Tour at the National Baseball Hall of Fame for my husband for Christmas. Rooms immaculate, cozy, comfy with clean bathrooms with awesome showers. The black make-up towel is a nice touch, too! Common rooms are all cozy, working fireplaces in the living room where we watched football and played chess.... More

This package was amazing. I booked it more for my boyfriend who is a beer officianado. I'm not. With that in mind, I truly enjoyed myself. I'm a vegetarian and the staff at the dinner pairing were completely accommodating. Mark and Sherri were great and even gave my boyfriend a hard to find beer out of their own collection. I... More

I found this package and it was a Christmas surprise for my boyfriend. He was blown away by the incredible experience! Mark and Sherri were an absolute pleasure and were so welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. My only suggestion is to make the rain shower adjustable as I don't like water in my... More

I really don't stay at B+B's, and was really skeptical to stay at this one. (Ostewaga is a seasonal hotel and was closed) The Inn ended up being a great place to stay.- so convenient to the baseball hall of fame/town. I stayed in the main part of the house. my biggest complaint was that the temp in the room... More

My girlfriend & I took advantage of the December Bed & Brew package which included a very memorable trip(s) to the Brewery Ommegang. If you are a fan of craft beer, and a B&B with great service, then this is for you! Marc and Sherrie are great hosts at the Inn, and make you feel as if you are part... More
