Stayed here while visiting the baseball HOF in May. Inn is two short blocks from HOF, nothing in town is closer. Free parking in rear lot of building. Can't say enough good stuff here. First of all my plane got delayed 3 hours, this caused me to get into town after midnight. There was absolutely no problem, I called ahead and they were waiting for me. He employee carried my bags up to the room and would not take a tip, he simply said it was not necessary... More

First off, let me just say that this rating would be 5 stars if there were more parking available. There are only about 5-6 spots in the back of the Inn, but you can park w/o a time limit down the road (a bit of a walk w/ luggage, but there is a loading zone out front if you want... More

Great location. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast, included. However, desk personnel was very aloof and abrupt-almost felt as if I was interrupting him... Nice restaurant/tavern downstairs which had a very reasonable luncheon special. Again, location is great. Easy walking to Fenimore Museum, Baseball Hall of Fame, antique shops and restaurants. More

Tom, the manager, welcomed us during our Hall of Fame visit. He was assessable during our entire three days there. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient, reasonabely priced and it had great food choices. The food service, especially from Rene, was exemplary. We recently took a family trip to Cooperstown for my father-in-law's birthday. We settled on the Tunnicliff in due to its location in the center of town. We stayed in the King suite, with adjoining double room for the kids. At check-in, the front desk personnel was somewhat cool, and abrupt. The Inn is old and could use some updating... More
