My wife and I were traveling to Cooperstown to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame with my 83 year old mother. The Tunnicliff Inn was perfect. A beautiful two bedroom suite with two bathrooms provided comfort and privacy at an excellent price. Restaurants, shopping, and the Hall of Fame were all a short, pleasant, and safe walk away. The private... more

We stayed 3 nights in Room 201 ( King bed ). Ireally didn't think the floor could be so slanty and squeaky! The bath was about the same size as my shower at home. The couch was comfortable if you tucked a couple of pillows under you and behind you. The breakfast buffett was real mediocre with some good and... more

Recently, my family booked 7 rooms at The Tunnicliff Inn. The place is clean and the service is excellent. The location is the best in Cooperstown and their complimentary breakfast is fantastic. The only negative is that the walls are very thin, but we had quiet neighbors so it did not impact our stay. The Inn Keeper, Tom, does an... more

Good morning My Father, Brother, Son and I stayed at your Inn on Friday. Just wanted to let you know we had a great time. Rooms were affordable and comfortable, the people working were very nice and the breakfast buffet was a nice touch. We also had a great dinner in the restaurant Friday night. I will recommend the Tunnicliff... more

We walked in off the street and were given a king room for an excellent price. It is an old hotel so you have to expect the slanted floors and the creaks. The room was beautifully decorated and the included breakfast was excellent, wonderfully home-cooked. You couldn't ask for a better location and the staff was very helpful. We would... more

Cooperstown is one of my favorite places. It has magnificent scenery, Otsego Lake, and lush green hills, plus a lot to do, including Glimmerglass Opera, chamber music, first class museums, and a town that's meant for walking. The Tunnicliff Inn is located in the center of the village, right near the Baseball Hall of Fame. The staff was very friendly... more

Went on a recent trip to see the Baseball Hall of fame with my two kids. This Inn is in the perfect location. You can walk to everything; you do not have to take any kind of shuttle bus. There are only six parking spots in the back, so get there early. They allowed us to park there around 12... more

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Tunnicliff Inn while visiting Cooperstown for a wedding. Its wonderful location allowed us to walk to just about any place we wanted to go. It was great being in the center of such an adorable town. The room was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating (especially when I got home and... more

My wife and I arrived 2:00 PM on a Saturday, we parked behind the Inn and we were able to check-in a hour early; rested and toured the BHOF. The Inn is a great deal, free parking and breakfast. Food in the resturant was good and reasonable. We enjoyed the hot buffet breakfast. Fantastic location very close to the BHOF... more

My husband and I recently got back from a weekend in Cooperstown and we couldnt have asked for a better experience! First, when I started planning this trip we called about a dozen hotels/B&B's and we couldnt find a room cheaper than $275/night plus they all had a two night minimum. When Tunnicliffs said not only could they do a... more
