I had a good big room in this historic old inn in a village north of Cooperstown. A quiet night's sleep. Next morning after a good shower I bounded downstairs for coffee and a stroll. The stroll over the babbling brook that runs through the back garden was delightful. The coffee was bad, bad. Undrinkable for anyone who enjoys coffee.... More

We were lucky to get a room here, found it by chance, about 10 miles outside of Cooperstown, but well worth the trip up the lakeside. Don't let first impressions of the outside of the inn put you off, we went in and the place was lovely, the gardens out back were fabulous with seating and tables, just right for... More

So much better than staying in tourist packed cooperstown! Sit outside and enjoy the peaceful stream and gazebo that's lit beautifully at night. We stayed two weeks and felt like we were family! Joe and Glynnis are the best host and hostess! Their precious son was there on the weekends and was so delightful! This is a precious family who... More

Other rooms are nice. Old but very well maintained Inn or B & B. Owners are tremendous. Our first stay but most people were come back every year. good breakfast array. Waffles and... More

We stayed at the Haydencreek Inn with two other couples for a brief kid-free week of biking and exploring the area. The place was perfect and Joe a wonderful host. Highly recommend it for a brief getaway.

Hayden Creek Inn was our (group of friends) home base for cycling around Lake Otsego and visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and other Cooperstown attractions. The Inn was comfortable, with beautiful grounds (including an outdoor gazebo for our evening happy hour!). We spent time in the community area (a big sunroom in the back of the inn, where breakfast... More

The room was very roomy and very clean. If we had any requests or needed anything fixed the owner would get it taken care of right away. Breakfast was excellent! you are able to make waffles, the owner would ask us if we wanted eggs every mourning. Plus we met some nice people from Jersey.

We spent a week at The Hayden Creek Inn while our son played baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The Inn was about a 20 minute drive from the fields along the beautiful lake and through Cooperstown. The Hayden Creek Inn was like coming home. We stayed with two other families and at the end of a long day we sat... More

When we first drove up we disliked the construction on the road and it did not at all look like we expected from the pictures. However once we got in we quickly changed our minds. We loved both our rooms and the breakfast area & breakfast were delightful. Priscilla was there to assist our every need and she is a... More
