We stayed for one night in this unconventional B&B and liked it very much. It's a little bit away from the town, quiet and peaceful. Our room was large and cozy with a shared balcony. Clean. Very friendly hosts, delicious breakfast. Many restaurants only five minutes away.

I couldn't ask for more accommodating hosts....Chris and Erin go above and beyond to make their guests happy. My Father and I have gone for the past 5 years in a row, every summer, to visit Cooperstown. My Father has been staying with Chris and Erin for even longer than I have. Huge, clean rooms with entrances from inside the... More

Each suite at Whispering' Pines Chalet is unique and loaded with little extras. We enjoyed our second stay there this weekend and our room had a large living room with fireplace, private outdoor space and windows that opened on to a lovely stream behind the chalet. Erin and Chris the innkeepers are warm, accommodating and very service oriented. Breakfast was... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, and were happy with our stay. The hosts were friendly and warm, and Erin was great to talk to over breakfast. The room we chose was spacious and comfortable, though the furnishings were a bit eclectic and vintage. Breakfast was delicious both days, and we had a peaceful sleep. Our room... More

This hideaway in the woods was just what we had hoped for and more. The hospitality was first class, made us both feel like we were with family. If you get an opportunity, don't let this B&B pass you by. You owe it to yourself to stop. We certainly will again.

Erin and Chris were the perfect hosts and really take care of their guests - Breakfast is delicious! We had a wonderful room right over the babbling brook that was spacious and cozy at the same time. If you are looking to visit Cooperstown but want a more rural location Whisperin Pines is it!

We stopped here for one night and went to see the Baseball Hall of Fame. This is a very cute hideaway in the woods. The room was full of collectibles (I’d hate to be in charge of dusting everything!) and very spacious. The bathroom was modernized, and the bedding VERY comfortable. Importantly, we haven’t enjoyed such a quiet night’s sleep... More

We really loved the outdoors around the b and b, very beautiful babbling brook and trees. We liked leaving the sliding glass door open and able to hear the creek all night. We really slept well there, was very quiet and peaceful. We were also very near to Ommegang brewery that we had concert tickets too. The hosts are very... More

My wife & I decided to take a quick trip up to Coppertown for the weekend. After reviewing many different B&B's we selected Whisperin Pines. We were not disappointed. The location was fantistic, close to town, but situated in a beautiful wooded area. The room we stayed in was huge, very clean and had a massive private deck that overlooked... More

If you are looking for peaceful solitude, away from noise and foot traffic, yet being super convenient to Cooperstown attractions, look no further. Whisperin' Pines Chalet is a delightful, peaceful retreat, about 10 minutes from downtown Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame, with good restaurants for lunch and dinner closeby.  We have specific requirements when we stay at a...
